Great value, great service and highly recommended

Ordered 3 weeks ago and got a great deal as they had an offer going.
Tub was due to be delivered yesterday but due to traffic and hold ups they were running late so they called and gave me the option to deliver/install late last night or come first thing. I decided on 1st thing and they came lovely and early meaning the tub was set up and filled early enough for it to be used tonight!
The engineers were great and went through everything with me as well as some tips and hints as never had a hot tub before. They also went the extra mile and popped to the local DIY store for some longer cable so I could use the plug in option as we haven't had the electrics installed yet.
Great value, great service and highly recommended.

I would have given thus company zero…

I would have given thus company zero stars if I could. I have paid thousands for a hot tub and it has never worked properly for the two years I've had it. The only way I got a response from them was to place a negative review, at which point they threatened to not fix it unless I removed the review. They sent engineers who made one attempt to fix it and said they might need to return. They never did. The only response I get now is that I have to pay to get it fixed as it has not been serviced annually, but it has never worked long enough to get it serviced. It is now going to cost me to get it fixed and Wildwaterspas refuse to help. The company may be great when things go well, but don't expect help if there is a problem. Good luck if you buy from these people.

In response to their reply, as I said, it has never worked for long enough to get it serviced. It takes so long to get a reply from the company and get the engineers sent out that we have hardly had a chance to use the hot tub in 2 years! The only ones threatening anyone is the company threatening me if I don't take down the negative reviews.

Hi Susan,

You purchased your hot tub on the 22.04.22 and you received the order on the 31.05.22.

It has been 2 years since you have placed your order with us and nearly 2 years since receiving the hot tub.

We have been out on many occasions to resolve issues with your hot tub, a service is required to remain under warranty yearly which going by our system you have not serviced your hot tub since receiving it.

We recommend servicing your hot tub yearly the same as car to keep it looked after and to deter any issues that may occur.

If you would like us to come out we can get you a quote for us to come and assess the issue then the engineer can report back to us with what parts are needed for the job as we won’t know until we arrive, then we can give you a quote based on the parts and labour required for the repair you need.

We do not appreciate threatening behaviour of reviews towards our business on any of our channels.

However if you would like us to come out based on the information above please let us know so we can organise a date, we would need the payment prior to the visit for investigating the hot tub repair.

Ordered Legend hot tub over Easter…

Ordered Legend hot tub over Easter weekend.. I ordered the wrong colour and asked for delivery.. I sent an email to request colour change... I was contacted via WhatsApp the following working day to confirm change and also sent a date for delivery for just over 2 weeks.. I then contacted them to see if we could pick it up instead.. They immediately contacted me to say we could collect the next day! Which we did! Saving me £250, which was refunded to me straight away..Hot tub up and running 1 week after ordering! Superb customer service! Would definitely recommend this company!

The delivery was excellent

The delivery was excellent. The driver pulled the tub on a sledge to its location and installed the lid lifter. Not filled yet but so far very pleased 😀

Sales experience was excellent…

Sales experience was excellent communications through email and WhatsApp. Harry the engineer was very helpful and professional during the install which was seem less a credit to your company.

Hot tub is well built, easy to use and a good investment. Thankyou Wildwaterspas👍

Misrepresented Item at Sale & worse customer service ever

Agreed to purchase Apollo SE with table & upgrade to the Extra Insulated model - both free of charge sales incentives.
Delivery date pushed back despite being 'in stock' and eventually tub delivered at 10pm fully dark, full payment by bank transfer demanded before unloading.
Tub commissioned with Phone torches. Noticed when sides off there was no insulation and fitters confirmed this was the basic hot tub. Immediately contacted WWS. (Table arrived)
Since then I have been fobbed off with a) offers of Foil wrap insulation, b) told I should never have been offered the free insulation upgrade and c) most recently I'm told what I have is insulated - No it isn't, I have had this independently verified.
I am writing this review a few months since purchase as I had hoped C/Card company would sort this, but that process rumbles on and I wouldn't want others to be caught out how I have, next process is small claims court as WWS refuse to replace with what I ordered or collect and refund.
This tub has no insulation when I wanted the extra insulated version with the option to later also add foil wrap insulation, if needed. WWS have NO customer service phone number - alarm bells should have rang? Sales chat avenues do not respond after you purchase. Emails go unanswered. The company tries to make out that I am confused but I am not stupid and am very clear about what I was offered and ordered and have transcripts of all of the sales chats. This is not insulated, meaning it is impractical to run and heat and not fit for purpose. WWS have offered a gesture of a free service and foil wrap insulation, but that is not what I ordered. If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are only interested in sales & have no interest in helping when something goes wrong. From a Hot tub forum I already found 2 other customers who were promised insulated tubs by WWS but were sent the base model - I'm guessing there are more. I feel I have been scammed - AVOID, AVOID AVOID

Great service from start to finish…

Great service from start to finish great advice on which spa to buy ,excelled in delivery date to suit us due to working long hours ,delivery guys superb kept us updated on delivery time and spot on with delivery time , shown how everything works,can’t praise this company enough ,followed through on everything that was promised , highly recommended.

Absolutely sterling customer service…

Absolutely sterling customer service from start to finish I got myself a bargain. Turned up fast on time and exactly when they said it would. Small deposit rest when installed. N lads who brought it absolutely top work gave me plenty of tips. Was all done just over 1 hour Very polite lads. Would highly recommend. Thanks a lot lads kids love it too

WARNING

WARNING! This company is a fraud! Bought a Hot Tub in August. Within 2 weeks continuous brown stains running from the headrest holes. 2 weeks later the jets malfunctioned. No response from Wild Water Spas- apart from advice to try and fix things ourselves. Taking legal action. Had the unmitigated gall to charge us £300 for delivery too!

10/10 product and service

From start to finish the process and communication has been great. The team over WhatsApp were super helpful even later into the evening and happy to answer any questions. The Cobalt hot tub is perfect for my wife and I and looks very smart and sturdy as well as being simple to use. Harry the driver and tub installer was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Can’t recommend him enough as well as the company. 10/10.

Very easy and professional experience…

Very easy and professional experience with all pre sales questions answered promptly. Good value when compared to other companies and offered full installation of the hot tub and heat pump with no hidden extras. Jamie delivered and installed the tub on his own and did a great job setting it all up. Would recommend.

Do not buy from these cowboys

Do not buy from these cowboys. Bought hot tub 2years ago for my disabled son. This was suppose to be a positive buy, to help him as he is a wheelchair user. They came out and fixed it twice on the condition I removed my bad reviews I posted last year. They advertise great LIFETIME warranty but they change it to a years warranty after issues arise. My hot tub is leaking over night, the jets have started to come out too hard also it's a safety issue!! I will be taking this further this time! The owner is now threatening me and not answering me, so angry getting treated like this

Threats and Communication: We would like to state unequivocally that at no point have we threatened you. Our primary concern has been to address the issues you've raised about your hot tub. However, it's important to point out that we've felt uncomfortable with the tone and manner in which you've communicated with our team, including the use of reviews as leverage for free services.
Warranty Status: You purchased your hot tub in 2021, and it is now 2023, meaning the warranty has expired. To maintain the lifetime warranty, regular servicing is essential, something you have not undertaken. Our terms and conditions specify these details clearly.
Previous Repairs: We have already attended to your concerns twice at no extra charge, even after the warranty period was over, based on your agreement to remove your negative reviews. We acted in good faith, believing that your issues had been resolved satisfactorily.
Charges for New Repairs: As you are now outside the warranty period, it is company policy to charge for parts and labour for any further repairs. We would be happy to assist you, but these services would now be billable. We believe it’s not fair to make exceptions to this rule, as we have other customers who adhere to their warranty stipulations and pay for services when out of warranty.
Abusive Behavior: We have documented instances of abusive language and threats via phone calls and messages from you. This creates an unhealthy working relationship and is something we can't condone.
Request for Video Evidence: To diagnose current problems effectively, we had asked for videos showcasing the issue, a request which you have not complied with.
We are more than willing to assist you in resolving the issues with your hot tub, but given the circumstances, this would now be a chargeable service. We kindly request that you treat our staff with the respect and professionalism we strive to offer you.
