A very warm welcome and offer of explaining the setup which we passed on as we had been before.
Beautifully clean and kept at a nice temperature throughout our hour sauna session.
Always great customer service and an excellent facility with nice views of the Willow lake at Burton Farm.

Huge fan of the sauna at Burton Farm anyway but ... after a partial rupture of my Achilles tendon I really feel regular saunas and cold dips have massively aided the recovery process. Heat has made exercises easier and cold dips really help with pain and swimming is also helping with exercises, not to mention the break from spending all day with my leg up covered in packets of frozen peas. There is only so much daytime TV anyone can be expected to watch.

An amazing experience in a beautiful location. I felt so good after!

Great place and facilities, good staff . I Always leave there feeling refreshed! Would highly recommend.

Alex was absolutely amazing. We had a group of 12, and most of us were completely new to the experience. Alex explained everything really clearly and made sure everyone felt comfortable and knew what they were doing.

A few of the group were quite nervous about trying it for the first time, but Alex was so reassuring and friendly that everyone soon relaxed and really enjoyed themselves. She created such a welcoming atmosphere and genuinely made us all feel at home.

First-class customer service from start to finish. Alex really helped make it an amazing experience for all of us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through it. A huge thank you, Alex! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow. What more could I say, what a wonderful, peaceful, calming and invigorating experience. A beautiful setting and brilliant hosts, thank you for making our day brilliant!

Absolutely magical experience, would highly recommend. Great sauna with a fabulous vista looking over a beautiful lake, the lake in the rain was pure magic! Thank you.

This was my first time attending a Wild Sauna. Wow! Extremely impressed.

The view over the lake was amazing.

I attended the Sauna yesterday afternoon and your member of staff - is an absolute asset to you. The lady went over and above to help and enhance everyone’s experience. Extremely knowledgeable and health and safety conscious. Exceptional customer service.

Loved the sauna, hats available.

I would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing way to spend a morning. The sauna was clean and smelled AMAZING. The lake dip was great too!

Just such a lovely experience! Gorgeous view out the sauna over the lake, lovely lake dip. Loved it. The team running Wild Sauna Club were so so helpful and patient in helping me find the best venue for my group. Thank you!

Clean, high quality sauna with open water to jump in after

This was my first visit to a wild sauna site …. And I loved it. The sauna host was helpful and friendly, giving us good advice for our visit. The site was beautiful and the sauna/lake experience was exhilarating as well as being good for my legs after a long run. Will definitely be back.

WONDERFUL STAFF,SAUNA AND SCENERY

Absolutely loved the ‘Wild Sauna ‘and cold plunge pool experience . The staff were awesome , so friendly and helpful . The sauna and plunge baths were very clean and well managed . Will definitely be going again !

So glad we booked the sauna and plunge baths, really enjoyed the experience. Knowing the health benefits and how saunas help with heat training (runners) this is a great place to relax. We booked for an hour in the evening, after a hard days work this was just the ticket. Would highly recommend. Will be booking again, possibly a monthly treat.

Brilliant experience with this sauna and plunge. All perfectly set up in a gorgeous location. It was really well-maintained and cleaned in between users.
Booking was also super easy. Would absolutely use it again. Thanks!

A lovely sauna watching my wife swimming in the lake. Very friendly and welcoming life guards and a lovely drink and breakfast afterwards in the cafe. A perfect Sunday- Thank You 🤩

It’s always a fabulous experience using the wild sauna. I usually go to the one at swim six hills and now have the monthly membership, which I feel is very good value. The membership has been great as it’s kept me using the sauna through the hotter months and getting the health benefits. I usually see Sam on my visits, she is always friendly and nice to have a chat with. She is very attentive and I feel very well looked after. You are all doing a great job and I can see myself being a member for a very long time!

Easy to book. A fantastic, relaxing 30 minutes. All in a beautiful setting. Looking forward to going back.

As a member of a sauna club in Western Australia, I was so happy to discover something similar while visiting family in Leicester.

I absolutely loved the experience of wild lake swimming between sauna sessions. I’m used to an artificial ice bath, so being able to cool off in a natural lake surrounded by trees and greenery was something really special.

The staff member was incredibly friendly, and the sauna community were welcoming and lovely to chat with. It was a great atmosphere and exactly the kind of outdoor wellness experience I enjoy.

I can’t wait to come back next year, take out a membership, and explore the other locations!
