I purchased a food storage container. When it came, it did not match the measurements on their website. So, I emailed them and this was their reply: "According to our current policy, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, even in cases where the product doesn't match the advertised details." Following that exchange, there were several requests for info asking the same questions, which I provided several times. No change on policy. What an incredible waste of time and money!

TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I am a wholesale customer that had a rare issue with receiveing product that was expiring before any buyer could complete use. It had happened a couple months prior and I foolishly let the issue go only to have it happen AGAIN. While I really love this company, this whole experience has COMPLETELY SOURED me on the brand who chooses to handle me with AI generated loop traps which tells me they DO NOT understand customer relationships, and they CLEARLY have not had any direct experience with AI enough to tell their tech team NO until they can show them the results of how it would handle the ONLY THING THAT MATTERS to a company: YOUR CUSTOMER! I am not anti-AI> I use it! But I am not so stupid to let my tech team convince me the technology is good enough FOR THIS. USE IT RIGHT! USE IT JUDICIOUSLY, and STOP BEING LAZY!

Great product & it came in a timely fashion.

Find a better company with better morals/standards/concepts/strategies and let me know.

Have been a customer of DailyNutra for years, The apparently were bought by Wld Foodd. I ordered some product for the office >2 1/2 weeks ago. Took my money by CC. No delivery. Sent emails and did chat. No responses.

Tried to contact Wild Foods. No response.

I posted on Facebook and got response they would help "ASAP". There have done nothing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ANY LONGER.

I will challenge the charge through my bank to get my money back.

The finest quality I have found!

auto subscriptions are the key factor here, never run out of my essential vitamins and supplements

Great stuff will purchase again

Super fast shipping. Easy tonuse website. Products are very clean with natural ingredients and no filler garbage. Multivitamin is a game changer. Feeling awesome just two weeks in!!

The various vitamins and supplements that are offered by Wild Foods seem to be earth and “me” friendly. I’ve been using the products I buy regularly — and adding more — have even committed to subscribing for monthly deliveries! While typically everything arrives in a timely manner, occasionally there are glitches - however the customer support people are always responsive and helpful. Their enthusiasm *totally* makes me feel like part of the Wild family!

Delicious! Your company is very functional….

My husband is on the Bull Blend and so far he has seen a noticeable improvement in his health. The company is great to work with and is very responsive to questions or concerns. I’m at the point now that I don’t want to deal with any company that doesn’t put their customers first and this company does. Five stars for me.

Your supreme authentic products is the number 1 reason I will keep coming back. I've had issues with imposter companies selling fake products and was very disappointed. Thank you Wild foods employees for your fast and secure shipping methods and awesome products you definitely have a life long customer rite here.

I have been completely satisfied with every purchase I have made from Wild Foods.

Great tasting product. I'm drinking one everyday, now.

Great products and good prices !! 100% satisfaction !!

Too high of a price per serving

Complete lack of communication

I love to order food from Wild Foods because I’m confident they have very high standards for sourcing and testing and when I taste the quality and things like Cocoa, Cinnamon and real Vanilla Beans finally ground into a powder I can tell by the flavor and authenticity is real and pure. I know I can’t find any of these in the grocery store that would compare..

Absolutely love the magnesium supplement. It has helped immensely with my hormonal issues from perimenopause. Service is fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
