The order was easy to place and…

The order was easy to place and confirmation and delivery was swift and efficient. The recipients of the flowers were delighted. Also, you rang to ask if it would be ok to deliver on the requested day as it was such hot weather and you were anxious about the flowers and the heat. I decided to give it a go on the requested day and the recipients were at home and received the flowers in good condition. Thank you!

Above and Beyond

We had a unique request and a tight timeline, and they (Robyn) went above and beyond to make it happen. I gave them creative freedom with the bouquet, and the result was absolutely stunning. The arrangement exceeded my expectations, and their customer service was fantastic throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I odered the magnificent size bouquet…

I odered the magnificent size bouquet but it wasn't that big. Feels like it has been downsized over the years or the wrong one was sent.
Not sure it was goid value for money...

Spent £160 which were delivered on…

Spent £160 which were delivered on Monday afternoon and desd by Thursday evening. I've sent a separate email asking for someone to get in touch and so far not heard a word

We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your bouquet.

Our team reviewed the images you kindly sent across this morning as quickly as possible, and we do apologise that you had not yet received a full response within the few hours since your email.

Having carefully looked at the bouquet, it appears to be in line with what we would expect at this stage, though we did notice from the images that the water looked quite discoloured. We always recommend changing the water regularly, as advised on our care cards, as this is especially important for keeping fresh flowers at their best.

That said, we completely understand how disappointing it is when flowers do not last as hoped, and our customer care team will be in touch directly to discuss this further with you.

Wild at Heart UNDER delivered

Wild at Heart UNDER delivered - the order was for TEN stems, and only EIGHT got delivered! Very little comms and have said they will try rectify but nothing more from them ten days later.

We completely understand your frustration that only eight stems arrived instead of ten, and we sincerely apologise for this mistake. We did offer to rectify this and emailed you twice to arrange a redelivery, first on 27th May and again this morning, as we wanted to make sure we sent them at a time that suited you.

We are very sorry if this communication did not reach you or was missed, and we would still very much like to make this right. Please do get back to us with a suitable delivery date and we will arrange this for you as soon as possible.

The bouquet was very small for £200. And they were completely dead within 3 days. Very disappointed. Will not shop from Wild at Heart again.

This is certainly not the experience we would ever want you to have, especially with a £200 bouquet. While the exceptionally hot weather can sadly affect fresh flowers more quickly in transit and once they arrive, your bouquet should still have reached you in beautiful condition and lasted longer than three days.

The flowers luckily arrived unscathed…

The flowers luckily arrived unscathed as the box encasing them was quite badly damaged which was not the condition I would expect from Dpd.

We’re very sorry to read this review, as we feel this does not reflect the circumstances of the order.

Our courier attempted delivery on three separate occasions, but unfortunately was unable to gain access to the property each time. We then offered to redeliver the bouquet to an alternative address to ensure the flowers could still be received.

As a refund was preferred instead, we processed this in full. We are sorry that the experience felt disappointing, but we did everything we could to complete the delivery and resolve the matter fairly.

Flower arrangement was a hot mess

Flower arrangement was a hot mess. One of the flowers already had brown edges on the petals. A larger size arrangement was suggested for the vase that I selected and the vase’s opening was too small to allow for that many flowers to spread out nicely. I was very disappointed. The Company said that it was consistent with their usual quality. Enough said.

After you contacted us, our team reviewed the photo provided and explained that, from what we could see, the bouquet appeared to be in line with our usual design and quality standards. However, we also made clear that the lighting and angle of the image made it difficult to fully assess the arrangement, so we asked for additional photographs to help us review this further.

We are always happy to investigate any concerns properly, particularly where flower quality or vase suitability is involved, and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
