A year later, not only have they not delivered, but they're not returning calls or emails. Radio silence ever since they apparently failed to get Wiki to publish the piece. The "money-back" commitment is a lie. Which makes the firm a total scam. Stay away from them.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Lots of promises and then ghosted after paying. Lost thousands trying to get a wiki page setup for our business. Scam alert!

This company is going to tell you what you want to here, you will do their questionaire, then tell you your article assets are not good enough, but don't worry! They have the solution, their professional writers will write articles for you (for a fee of course).

Sounds good to me, "sign me up for that package as well!" They said I need the package with a minimum of two article, "OK, they are the professional," done!

They wrote one article two years ago and went ghost! So I wrote a review just like this, and they reached asked me to take it down. I told them I will as soon as they deliver what I paid for, they said, no problem we are on it! Guess what? Ghost again! That was 6 months ago!

My edits were repeatedly not corrected, as typically one edit would be made and the other three or four ignored as the project manager simply sent them out to so called editors who were poor. This is why it took 3 months to agree a final draft some three months later. I was then told my page would be submitted and I waited a further 14 weeks with nothing. The project manager never told me the page was rejected as contrary to all their advice the page wasn't written to Wikipedia guidelines. They were quick to approve me and take my money. Six months wasted, Avoid this company at all costs as typically they over promise and under deliver. Very poor customer service and poor level of the understanding of the English Language.

I advise you to try others, but not this one. First, a man named Samuel will contact you, and then he will assign you a person to create the page. I have two children, and I cannot forgive myself for being deceived and for taking advantage of my kindness in a vile way. I am a doctor, I did everything they told me, I paid them everything on time, so that they would leave me without money. I can't forgive myself.

scam, do not trust these guys

this is a criminal racket - if you try to work with these scam artists, this is what happens:

- you send an email inquiry, then you get an email from a "Mark Williams." He responds asking for your phone number - then he texts and texts and calls, and you find out Mark Williams has a heavy Indian accent - says he will connect you to one of their "experts"

- next you get a call from a slow-witted, autistic-sounding fellow named Travis Denzel - mumbling, slurred speech. You deposit $500 and you never hear from them again

- you ask for deposit refund. no response

- texts suddenly bounce back, phone calls unanswered. mark williams s number is disconnected all of a sudden

i log on to the group's chat - Mark Williams welcomes you - makes all kinds of enthusiastic offers, when you say you're so and so client asking for a refund, he ends conversation and disappears

- these guys should be arrested for fraud and extortion

Complete SCAM. You pay in full and never receive any service. When you ask for a refund they tell you it will be 7-10 days and you'll never receive your money!

WikiConsultantcy promised to have my page up on Wikipedia by summer of 2023. I paid them $699 and, despite scores of e-mails, many promising that my page would be up in two days, one week, by next week, etc. Nothing. I opened a dispute with American Express and they sent AMEX a missive filled with lies about my not communicating with WikiConsultancy and a claim that all they said they would do is to PREPARE a submission, which, as a writer and photographer, I could do myself. In nearly a year, they have utterly failed to get my page up on Wikipedia AND they even claimed that they were refunding my money. Instead, the filed a counter claim with American Express. I am out $699 for promised services that were not delivered. BTW, I suspect the positive reviews on this site for WikiConsultancy were written by themselves.

I am very disappointed with Wiki Consultants. I paid 599 dollars to get my own page on Wikipedia. Wiki Consulatancy's terms and conditions gave me a 100% money-back guarantee if I was not completely satisfied with the service. Despite numerous assurances and promises, I never did get my Wikipedia page. I have requested a refund, and all my emails are now being ignored. I will remove this review if I get a full refund.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE I paid over $1,000 in July for a Wikipage and it is October and I still have not page. I have emailed ( no response), Called (no one answers) and the chat doesn't work.
