Excellent. Ashley sorted out a complicated job and sorted the WiFi for our garden office. Really went above and beyond to get it done.

Really happy with the work done. Ash was great and sorted all my wifi issues and device problems. He was friendly and super helpful. Many thanks

Really great supply and install of our new Ubiquity system at our home in Chislehurst. The installer were nice chaps and knew their work perfectly. Thank you all. Highly recommended.

Matt and the team were great at identifying and resolving our wifi problems. Kept up to date with costs, appointments and technology required. Would recommend.

Wifi heroes sorted out our WiFi problem within days, brilliant service 👍

WiFi heroes provide an excellent service. They arranged someone to come round within a few days to evaluate what we needed and then quoted me the same day. They completed the work soon after and Matt was really efficient and sorted everything out so we have excellent WiFi all round the house.

I found WiFi Heros from a search and Barry from the company came to investigate our WiFi, diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. O'Niel and Crew fitted the necessary equipment and the result is hugely improved WiFi speeds and a much happier family! Thank you WiFi Heroes for a thoroughly professional, efficient and friendly service. I would certainly recommend you to anyone experiencing problems with their WiFi.

Thanks to Matt for a great job done installing our wifi hero fix today. Super friendly and efficiently. Took great care to explain the work that he was going to do, checking if I had any questions or problems, and very tidy in his work and clean up!

Matt from WiFi Heros did a wonderful job. Pragmatic and efficient and the Wi-Fi in my garden office is working perfectly.

First class service. Great company with growing business and seemingly excellent attitude and business model. Matt was timely conscientious and efficient. A tidy operator and the overall service experience from the initial site visit to the installation has been positive. If your connection is dodgy and your Internet provider is telling you 'nothing to see here' call WiFi Heroes now. We can then all be heroes, on stress free Internet, every day.

Matt was great, wish I had found you 3 years ago, life would have been easier!
Office now connected properly, 200ft from the house, Matt was professional, and took the time to check with us where we wanted cable to be installed so unobtrusive.
Tidied up before he left even though job had taken him longer than anticipated.

Ash was absolutely brilliant, he done his job professionally. Everything is work very well and he left everything tidy. Ash also went the extra mile with us and help us set up several other devices. Wifi Heros are brilliant and will be calling them again for extra work. Thank you so much for a great service!

All round good experience. Ash was a good engineer knew what he was doing and carried out the job efficiently and tidily. Considering getting them back to redo the rest of the house WiFi.

they did whet they said they would. Our coverage is consistent through the house and in the garden.Next step is to replace BT rubbish contract.Would thoroughly recommend -but we did already have CAT 5/6 installed.

Very good. Professional and efficient. They said they would sort our home Wi-Fi problem and they did.

You know you need to upgrade your wifi network, you think you can probably manage it - with a fair bit of tinkering and a lot of cussing - but the very thought makes your teech ache.

Enter WiFi Heros. They do it in a quarter of the time, with no swearing at all - and they do it properly so you don't even have to think about it any more. When they leave you can be sure you have a secure, reliable network. Yay!

Outstanding service from Samuel and the install team. Always available when I have a question and the install was very thought through and neatly done. All 6 APs working perfectly since install 6 months later. Most of all, wifi is super quick everywhere. I have a Virginmedia connection topping at around 300Mbps and getting around 210-250Mbps everywhere by wifi. 100% recommend Wifiheros. Thank you

The family home was getting a broadband speed boost from my Virgin Media supplier which required replacing and activating a new Hub router. Even contacting Samuel by mail at the very end of a busy Friday initiated a speedy, efficient and expert reply from Samuel who also asked me to phone him that evening to confirm that all was working well. This I did, and we received the clarifications we needed for me to have a stress-free weekend with the children. I recommend both him and Wi Fi Heros without hesitation- cheers!

I've used the team at WiFi Heros several times now (summer 2021 and March 22) and and each time they have delivered an excellent service.

I initially required wifi to a garden office and outside garage that will be converted to a working space. I looked into all sorts of solutions before stumbling upon WiFi Heros. Out of the few companies I reached out to they were the most responsive, replying to my initial query immediately and assuring me that they could provide a robust connection throughout the garden and outside office. Since their installation, the Internet service to the garden and office has been the best service through the house! The other benefit is being able to sit in the garden in the warm weather and work.

As we are undergoing a full house renovation, I recently found that a better connection was also required right at the top of the house where I often work to escape builders. Again, I reached out to this team who promptly booked me in and strengthened the connection throughout the second floor so that I can now work from my bedroom without a choppy Internet connection. This has made a real and noticeable difference as owning several businesses as well as the pandemic means I am dependent on working remotely. The team have also been great at trouble shooting and ensuring that I have been happy with the service. I would recommend using this team ahead of any other offering the same service! I'm very pleased that I found them.
