Price for device was not openly discussed and clear until the invoice came out . Charged $250 per hour of service and trip fee twice and I was not inform the service fee cost before . I would have the hp company to provided the service cheaper .

I ordered a Kit-2010 Order #59149 and the board is defective. I have two Summa plotter and we tried the board in both units and it would not work. I emailed yesterday and got no response. Tried the phone today and it connects but nobody home. Your company really goes out of their way to frustrate your customers!!!!!! I need an RMA and a replacement board ASAP.

I never received my order placed on 9/1/2026. I called and still waiting for someone to call me back.
I was card was charged for $64.99 for Next Day Air on 9/2/2026 however still have not received my order.

I ordered overnight delivery and the order didn’t even get processed the day of even though it was placed around noon.

I purchased a part for printer they waited a week to contact me to tell me it’s back ordered and to see if I wanted to proceed with order. I told them yes. 4 days later they contact me again and tells me part went up a 100 plus and if I wanted to continue or cancel and that they would not honor the price I paid almost two weeks ago.

I was a little skeptical when ordering because the website had some issues and I could not find a lot of reviews about purchasing the large format printers. Everything went very smooth. The equipment came in very fast and worked wonderfully. One screw came loose and got lost in delivery, they immediately got it replaced and helped me get it put in.

Great customer service and always a phone call away, also FAST SHIPPING. My HP Latex 115 was down and they had all the parts in stock!

Everything went great. The only issue i had was shipping. There was a problem with FedEx but when I called to get information I was told I would get a call back but I never received the call. Overall great company.

Update: 10 years later and this company never made things right. Do your research before buying from this company.

Wouldn't reccomend buying from this company. Very slow delivery time and a printer i bought from them a couple years ago that was supposed to be “refurbished” came caked in dust and looks as if they pulled it out of storage somewhere and ended up having nothing but problems with it. Ended up buying a new printer from another company brand new. Save your money and buy new or find a different company to go through. These guys used to be "The Plotter Depot" and keep changing their business name to try to get away from all their negative reviews. Do your research.

Purchased a HPT2530 last year from Wideimage. It had began to experience issues. Len sent out an engineer three times to resolve. As it was an intermittent fault it had been difficult to pin this down. However after further interrogation it was found that the stacker had an issue. Len sent out his team with a new stacker and replaced it without any further fuss. The important thing to remember is this, things do go wrong, especially if they are pre-owned- its how you resolve the issues and Len has done so. Well done Len and his team.
