Ordering was easy, fast shipping and the trailer is great’

Purchased a Wike Salamander Child Carrier a few months ago , it comes with two cushions a backrest and a seat both the same somehow lost one .. contacted the company and was told they do not carry replacement cushion ? Really ! They must certainly make some to go with the child carriers they sell ?? Wike offered to send me cushion dimensions so i can get one done somewhere else .. after paying 3,000+ for this bike I am on my own . So much for service after sale , this is my first Wike product and my last . Very disappointed customer Claude Gorley Ottawa Ontario .

My grandchilden (age 2 and 6) absolutely love it. In fact the two year old likes to climb in and just sit even when we are not going anywhere. They are very comfortable in it. Admittably they are small for their ages but still. Recently while camping at a Provincial Park we found that even my cockapoo fit easily in on a return trip from the beach with both kids. It folds very quickly and is easy to store in the RV. I have some mobility issues so can't walk far, but attaching my Wike trailer to my recumbent trike allows me to go out on many adventures with my grandchildren. its generous size and storage allow us to go to the beach and take our swim gear and a picnic along.

I absolutely love the Wike! It fits my son who is 4 comfortably! It is very well designed and easy to maneuver. The only negative thing is that it is impossible to use on big hills. Going up it is heavy and I have to get off my bike and pull everything up. Going down it pushes my bike way faster to the point that I feel that I am going to crash. We live in a hilly area, so I don't get to use it as much as I want. Fits well in the SUV to bring to town for biking though!

Product seems great. My only concern was that the box arrived at my door wide open, but everything was in there. More of a delivery issue than anything.

I've taken my wife, who has dementia, for two rides now and she enjoys it very much. The product works just fine. The reason I'm only giving three stars are:
1. No instructions in the box
2. No hitch included
and the last and most frustrating reason:
3. Customer Service
I emailed with a question about attaching the bike to the trailer and it took 3 days for a reply, and I emailed about instructions and the missing hitch and I've never heard back from anyone. Fix your CS and I'll give you 5 stars. Thanks

I received the wheels and have tried them in the back yard with my 17’ Kayak and they look pretty good and function well on first impression. I need these to work on the Bowron Lakes Circuit as my last wheels broke down, these wheels are about 35” wide which is 5” over for Bowron but I will try it anyway.
