pleasant web page, wide choice of products that we were looking for, long guaranty & German quality. Also the instruction videos are valuable and helped us to make the choice to buy.

PURE DISAPPOINTMENT :(
I expected a quality German product and instead I received a poor quality and ill-conceived product.
The product is not worth its price.
First, I complained for two times about the delivered goods and the missing parts.
And even then, during the installation, I encountered other illogical technicalities.
- poor wood quality
- unstable swing construction even with original anchors
- not sufficient amount of material for covering the roof and railing

Dear customer, thank you for your fun review! We are pleased that our products even excite you as an adult. Don't worry, we won't say anything if you go and play on the play tower once the children are in bed, fullfilled and tired from playing all day long. Your Wickey Team
