Shipping time is endless
I still doesnt got my order after more than 1 month...I've wrote many emails,called the custemer service but they can only say that the delivery team will contact me,and they do not known any contact of them. I got invalid emails about my order is under delivery (2 weeks ago...). Of course I paid...
Update: after some time my order finally arrived in safe and sound. Product assemble was good,every part included. Last review of the product is: except the delivery everything was fine.

Keep away from Wickey
I ordered a playground 2 month ago, and still waiting. The initial 12-19 days is a lie. I was promised 10 days delay, after that 3 days, and still nothing. I'm beginning to suspect, that the whole company is a scam. Unfortunately I already paid :(

Do not order from this company!!!
There are loads of problems with my order. First, I wasn't able to make an order on the website, because payment on PayPal didn't work. It took about 2-3 days to have an answer from the customer service and got a manual order more than a month ago. I should have sent the shipping address (phone number, etc.) 3 times - although I answered the order verification with all of the required data, they threatened me with paying the shipping cost because of the missing phone number, so I sent it again. Since there was no reaction from them, I asked customer service about it, who told me that my phone number still missing. Finally, it took about two weeks to register my phone number in their system!
After a month (instead of 12-19 days) "my order arrived" yesterday. But there's only some wood material and the slide in the package. Every other part of the ground play is missing (rope ladder, scramble net, climbing holds, screws, safety caps, etc.). I have written an e-mail about it, but there's no answer yet, and also no answer from the customer service, although I have tried to call them many times.
I'm really disappointed, thinking about deleting my order and ask PayPal to cancel my payment.
This service, attitude and quality are beneath contempt!

Overall great online purchasing experience, I have found navigation easy and straight forward.
As a rookie playground purchaser, In terms of the anchors to be bought additionally, it was not straight forward if all, or one recommended need to be selected.
On the HU site, an extra square swing hook
I could not found (out of stock?), which for the product I purchased (Prime.Monkey Island) is recommended if I wanted an extra swing.
