I am sorry to see that you have had problems with your item that you purchased. I have checked our emails and I cannot see that you have emailed us regarding these problems.
If you can send us pictures showing the problems we will be able to sort them out for you. When we sell products that come into us boxed, we have to rely on the manufacturers having packed them correctly. On the odd occasions when there is an issue, we will always resolve the situation.

Great customer experience
Bought the plum treehouse which is amazing! Best deal was from Wicken toys and loved that they do their own deliveries so no complications with having it delivered and no missing or broken parts! Delivery driver was great and put it round the back garden as requested in a safe place and they came when they said they would with communication. Thanks will order from you again!
