Excellent service and very helpful

At Auto Recon llc we started using wholesale payments for processing. Precious Rowe helped me with some issues and I could tell she was concerned and honest. Great customer service from start to finish.

had a large credit card sale, larger than normal, they put our account on hold without notifing us for days. We are out 12,000.00, plus have held every transaction since. We are a small company and this is overwhelming - We sent, the invoice, client information, email, phone number, three months of our checking account statements. Clients Credit card company acknowledged the transaction was good. Lost a great customer because of this harrasement.

Went above and beyond to help me figure out my problem, was present during the entire process and even getting me over to a couple of other departments to get my issues resolved.

Tabitha Brantley has been an amazing help, my company, Wise Automotive, has been a customer with them for years and have been always taken care of, especially by her!

They lie about "no fees". The representative came to my shop offering me the service saying that they don't change fees and there isn't cancellation fee. All lies, they charged me $45 monthly fee and the cancellation is $299. I don't know if the representative was desperate to sell or the service isn't good enough to sell without lie about it.

Called in and spoke with Robin Gardner about some statement questions. She was very helpful in answering our questions and when asked about another company calling us she was also able to help save us even more money based on our usage. We have been with this company for 3 years and have loved their service.
