Update: If you send them an email after you ordered, you can request denim liners to be used instead of wool liners.🙂 Excellent choice of plant-based foods. Great service which is sadly being let down by the fact that they use sheep's wool liners to wrap the chilled and frozen items in. They have Styrofoam boxes as an alternative but ignored my request to use that and sent my chilled items wrapped in sheep's wool liners anyway. Very disappointed.

Had no issues with the order itself, arrived well packed, the only problem is with the courier company (APC) - only half an hour notification before the delivery itself and a courier left the package next to the door on the street (not really a safe area) - luckily I was at home and went out to pick it up.

I liked being able to have my favourite yoghurt and tortillas delivered. However the tortillas were supposed to be frozen and weren’t. The delivery was slow arriving 6 days after purchasing with no email confirming when they’d be sent on purchase. The parcel was left but not in specific safe place as requested due to disability. Also a polystyrene box with plastic ice packs were delivered which are not environmentally friendly and hard to dispose of other than landfill. Disappointing but the yogurt is great!

Exactly what I wanted and difficult to find in UK. Fast delivery and packaged well. Recommended.

Speedy delivery and brilliantly packaged as order contained both chilled and cupboard based foods. Products received were as described online. Would definitely use again.

Great product which was impossible to find anywhere else. Very competitive price but the best bit was the packaging. Insulated with a recycled and recyclable wool fleece. Am so very impressed with this company. No being hounded with emails either. Just excellent.

I can’t find Xmas advent calendar which my son keen to get this year anywhere. Sold out everywhere. Only this shop and good price! Brilliant

Purple potatoes from whoole food were soo tasty best ive had firm beautiful colour flavour was impressive whether roasted mashed boiled scrumpttious !!!
Whole foods has proved to be excellent quality the sweet potatoed ttuly delicous ill be back !

Awful customer service. Impossible to get hold of. Even when you do they lie to you.

Great range of products and fast delivery - and all frozen products arrived completely frozen! Will be ordering again.

The ‘service’ was an expensive delivery which was delayed due to driver running out of time! The item ordered was a vegan Bluffalo Notzarella. What a terrible waste of money. It tasted of absolutely nothing so the play on the words Buffalo Mozarella is incredibly misleading. I wasn’t expecting it to taste like the real thing but I did expect it to taste of something! Don’t waste your money chaps.

Very happy with the Product Not Many companies Stock this for me so grateful for that

The panettone was delicious, lots of flavour, moist and beautiful.
Would definitely use this company again, lots of good products and choices.

It was my first time ordering Mangosteens and I was very surprised by the freshness and the quality of the fruit. It was delicious and I would be ordering more.

The delivery although pricey, was made quickly.

Every part of the process was smooth and stress-free. Just the experience we all need….

It was amazing and so similar to the real thing. I bought the vegetarian camembert for my girlfriend. She really liked the texture and taste and was amazed at how camembert like it was. She certainly doesn't feel left out now and not missing her favourite food. Going To order a vegetarian cheese platter for her for Christmas. Thank you for the choices.

Great service, clear communication all the way through. Amazing products, great prices.

Delivery was prompt and efficient. I had ordered some frozen food and was concerned it might arrive unfrozen. However, it had been really well packaged to keep it frozen in transit so I was very impressed.

I recently came across Wholefoodsbox and have just received my third order. With so many options out there it felt like a gamble, but it definitely paid off. They provide just the right amount of updates, and delivery is quick and hassle-free.

Thanks to their top-notch service, I’ve found myself browsing more than usual and have been pleasantly surprised by how much they stock—enough to cover my needs without feeling overwhelming. They’re now my go-to for all things health, and I’ve already recommended them to family and friends. I’m officially a lifelong customer.
