We arrived on Tuesday 25th July. We had booked a 2 room apartment at Cihelnà 3. For 2 adults and 2 kids.
We got a 1 room apartment with a very small kitchen and a tiny bathroom. We walk up to the reception (5 minutes in heavy pouring rain).
When we got there, we complain about it. But we were just told that we couldn't upgrade unless we wanted to move at least 2 times during our 5 days stay.
Our apartment is literally next door to a restaurant, where there's constantly high noise from their back door. And extremely high noise out from the street. Not cool with two kids, that needs to sleep!
There was no towels or soap to take a bath with. Even though we were promised that. The only soap that was here, were cheap handsoap.
The light under the kitchen counter are about to fall down. All the hooks to hanging the curtains, except one, are gone and missing. The apartment is so unbarely hot.
Our drive drove so crazy from the airport, you would think his ass was on fire. There were kids in the car!
We were told it would be a quiet street. But it's anything but quiet. Turist passing by 24/7, being very noisy. Cars and trucks driving by like their butt was on fire. The restaurant next to us, where the personal is acting like they're on a festival until late night, so we can't get any sleep.
We payed more that 12.000 in their valuta, and ended up getting a living nightmare. It was supposed to be a nice honeymoon for us with the kids, but now we regret booking at the white swan boutique apartments.
It's been so bad here at the apartment, that we done everything we could, to spend as little time here. So we've only slept here and taking a shower.
NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!
