We used White Glove Relocation Group to move for an interstate move in November. The carrier they assigned us to lost the tv, an antique ladder and a medium size Home Depot box (1 of 11) of goods. Calls to White Glove and the carrier have had accomplished nothing. We are told they are trying to locate these items. In December they actually told me they located the tv and the ladder. They don’t know when they will ship them to us, this conversation was on 12/5/22. They then stopped taking my calls which now go straight to voice mail. This is true of both White Glove and the carrier they engaged AMB Moving and Storage of Garfield, NJ.. I do not recommend either company. When I said I would refer my claim to an attorney the response was “Go ahead lady do what you want”.
Horrible broker company! Poor communication. Items that made it to us were broken and damaged the rest were stolen/lost. Estimate for move was 5k and somehow we ended up paying 11k. Very untrustworthy, scam of a company.
Total scam! Buyers beware. They will lure you with a low moving cost so you can put down a deposit. Then after 48 hours they will do a second "inventory" which will be more thorough to somehow justify the price increase. Then you are stuck because they will say you can't get your deposit back... somehow they feel entitled to keep your deposit even if a service is not provided. So after increasing the price they don't think its justifiable to adjust the clock on the 48 hour cancelation... coincident??? No, just a bait and switch scam.
My family and I did two moves at once from Oregon. I moved from Portland Oregon here to Florida and the rest of my family moved to Philadelphia. We are both still waiting for our items to be delivered but so far so good. Bre was pretty detailed with everything in so we only had a couple of hiccups which I expected but at least whenever I called the answer my phone call and give us updates. White Glove Relocation Group has done a great job so far and I hope they keep it up until we delivered. If you’re going to use their service ask for Brad, he was great.

I used White Glove Relocation Group for a local move from Port St. Lucie Florida to West Palm Beach Florida. I have a lot of artwork and Expensive products along with my furniture and so I was very happy with the job that the company they hired did for me.

Being that your move was local it was rather a smooth transport unlike long distance moves that has more moving parts. My family and I moved from Dallas, TX to Hoboken, NJ and White Glove Relocation Group got us a moved. It was definitely better than I expected, especially considering that I have family members that do local moves, but they did an amazing job and are extremely professional. I have absolutely no complaints and I will definitely pass their information off to anyone looking for a moving company to move to a different state.

Took my deposit told me I had 24 hours to cancel. I had not been told of a 5 day non refund window. This was the excuse for not refunding me when I canceled within my window. I have no trust for moving brokers, they didn't have a vehicle truck nor had they confirmed a pick up day or time. I was overdue so kept calling til I found a local trusted company and confirmed a time. They charged me a deposit of $900+ yet I was charged $1,006. I never recieved a call offering to discuss my changing needs. Very deceptive business practice.

The bill was $114.24 i enden pay 1856.52 that morewhat i supost pay. The next step i am callind the DOT and The BBB AND REPORT you guys everyv was Recording.This supposed to be here today 11/6/2021 and I haven't heard from nobody yet what company of professional you running If you have the courage to sell me a product you should have a coverage to talk to me when it's a problem. I’m so glad I chose White Glove Relocation Group to move me. Charlie is the star of that company. I didn’t know at first that they were a broker but she explained the process and was comforting because I get anxious and was about to cancel. I know I was annoying but she either always answered for me or returned my call which was assuring. There was an increase in price that was unexpected which was the only thing that I was stressed about but again Charlie got the movers to work with me and I did take additional items but the entire move went great. I would definitely recommend them. Just know that there are a broker.
