9Appalling customer service- 9 days, 3 calls, no tracking updates, no delivery. I do not believe anyone actually chased my order.No explanation given as to what the issue was- informed a refund would be processed.Absolutely no interest in sourcing me a replacement.When I enquired about a different size, I was told that was also out of stock! Meanwhile the website allowed me to place 14 items in my basket- so I guess 14 more customers will order and never receive their item. At no point did I feel like I was valued as a customer.Done with Whistles!

Update- I have received the standard response full of platitudes. There have been so many negative reviews around Customer Service so why not resolve this rather than put customers through the time and stress. I would be returning the 3 other items for a refund had I not read how problematic the returns/ refund process is. Whistles has lost its good reputation and do not seem bothered. Sad to witness!

It didn't start well as Evri lost my parcel and Whistles customer service made me track a replacement myself, and told me that 4 units were available on the system- but that was not a good indication???. I felt this was very poor service alongside the fact they are unable to make outbound calls - but the lady at St Christophers place was absolutely amazing and totally made up for it - not only did she process a new mail order for me efficiently, she was so personable and professional. I am super happy and finally have my dream item - and also well done for the new creative direction which reminds me of why this brand is so great!

Ordered the petite Tessa trouser in khaki click and collect from the Amersham store. Ordered Tuesday, collected today. All the staff in the amersham store are polite and welcoming. I was able to try on in the shop. Perfect fit, size 14, great colour. A great addition to my wardrobe.

Bad materials and return shipping cost
Very poor quality of materials, and trying to scam shipping fee off the customers.
On this shipping label itself, it says the return by Royal Mail costs 1.95, alternatively, download the free Yodel return label, which I did and I walked a long way to get to a Yodel drop off place to get the free shipping.
However, the 1.95 shipping charge is still deducted from my return. The customer service said that's just have to be cause it's 'the policy'.
This is however not what is advertised for the Yodel return route, both on their dispatch note print out included in the package, and the Yodel return website itself which is titled 'Return your item to Whistles for FREE at any Yodel Store' and has a Q&A
'Are UK Whistles returns free?
Yes, Whistles returns are free with Yodel by InPost, but do remember that your package must be under 10kg in weight and not exceed 60x50x50cm in size.'
Despite the small amount, it shows a bad conduct to take more from your costumer than you should.
Again, really poor quality of material as well. It looked nice on the webpage and is a specific material that I went after because it's supposed to be soft and luxurious. But no, it was rough like sandpaper.

I came into whistles Reigate with a few…
I came into whistles Reigate with a few items on my mind checked in store to see if available before l went in staff very friendly and helpful without being pushy let me make up my mind and gently pushed me in the right direction instead of a grey coat l came out with a navy coat beautiful on and the lovely grey jumper with lace extremely happy and l was given a scratch card and this never happens to me but l won a jumper l chose the one the girls gave me to try on with my coat as l only had a summer dress on l would not have chosen it but it was perfect to go with the petite check skirt l had ordered a few days before a great kick off for my autumn/winter wardrobe have ordered the check burgundy dress l had a lovely time just wish l had brought my friend with me as the clothes this season are very wearable my check skirt is a beautiful quality a great weight hangs perfectly l think most of my wardrobe is going to be whistles again this season love the designs the lovely staff made it a special time great customer service in Reigate whistles.

A dress in the window caught my eye so popped in for a cheeky browse. Ended up coming out with the dress, as well as a belt to go with the dress, jeans, cashmere jumper and beautifully soft long-sleeved vest top. So the window display drew me in, then the lovely assistant Denise engaged and supported me to make choices. I didn’t feel pressurised, just reassured that Denise was being genuine, honest and gave me the right amount of space and attention to allow me to think and breathe. Thank you, Whistles.
