We've had our Bibury 5 for about a year now and have had very little issues compared to the BBQ we previously had. A stunning piece of kit, with many handy accessories you can add on such as the rotisserie and smoker box. Our family and friends absolutely love it, not to mention the food that comes from it!

I had a few queries about how to use the BBQ, and must say Whistlers customer service is excellent, they were very efficient and useful when getting back to me almost immediately. Although expensive, I highly recommend this brand and think it's well worth the investment.

At first sight, the Whistler grills are very impressive. After a few months of moderate use here is my feedback. Stainless steel grills and griddles although look nice at first glance, are useless. I'd rather have an option to buy these in cast iron. The SS does not retain heat as well nor does it distribute it evenly. I've cooked steaks where one half of it is nearly pink the other half nicely charred. There are 2-3 "cold" spots on the grill when all the burners are fired up and they are not in the obvious spots as you'd expect. The Griddle is a great accessory for burgers, fish, pancakes, veg, etc. However, the Whistler griddle I purchased as an extra warps when heated. 2 corners pop up about 1/4 inch when hot which renders it useless, depending on what you are cooking on it. The rotisserie burner refuses to ignite automatically, I have to hold a match to it every time. And if the dial for this is set to it's lowest, you may find it has gone out. As I did on 2 occasions when I left a bird on the spit to cook for 1 1/2 hrs only to find out that the fire had gone out shortly after I lit it. Also, one of the burners refuses to ignite automatically. I've cleaned it out several times and it works intermittently. I've had several Webers over the last 2 decades without any complaints and this was my first venture away from that brand. At a cost of nearly €2.5K (plus the cost of building an outdoor counter to accommodate it) it is not cheap and the quality does not quiet live up to the hype.

We were looking for a few cabinets to go with our old BBQ when we re-did our patio and created a covered area. Went to our fantastic local outdoor stockist, Norwich Camping & Leisure, and saw the Whistler Grills modular kitchen setup and couldn't resist the full upgrade.
Had a couple of minor problems but the brilliant Whistler support team soon sorted out and we’re fully up and running with the most amazing outdoor dining experience. It’s a joy to be able to cook outdoors with the awesome Cirencester 6 burner BBQ and all the worktop and storage space around it, not to mention all the food and drink to hand in the integrated fridge – great quality modules that work together perfectly. Great product, great company.

We bought a Whistler Burford 5 built in BBQ last spring because we were having a new kitchen extension and needed to be able to cook whilst the work was being carried out.
A smart piece of kit which allowed us to hone our BBQ skills. This model is ideal for both direct and indirect grilling and the rotisserie has produced very succulent spit roast chicken, pork and beef.
Plenty of room to cater for a crowd we have made carnitas to serve 10 and could have easily increased the number.
The smoking box and grill plate add another dimension to our cooking.
We are ‘The Kilted Cooks’, based in Leigh on Sea, hosting monthly supper clubs. We intend to showcase the Burford 5 with a bbq menu later in the season.
Oh, I forgot to mention that the Burford 5 is stainless steel throughout so it is going to last a very long time indeed.

I had some issues with pitting on the handle brackets on my Whistler Cirencester 6 BBQ. After contacting Jo at Whistler Grills a new pair of brackets were dispatched immediately.

Fantastic service, cannot recommend Whistler product enough.

Just received my Bibury 4 bbq. The order process and delivery was great and since the grill comes already assembled I had it up and running in no time. The quality of the bbq is very impressive with high grade stainless steel, a rotisserie and neon LED’s which really make it stand out from the rest. I also went for the plancha plate and 2 ceramic flame tamers. This setup gives me all the bbq choices available and I am looking forward to many years of cooking on it.

I purchased a Bibury 5 recently and I absolutely love it! I am a fan of charcoal and it took me a while to be persuaded to convert to gas. I have a large family, and so we decided on a 5 Burner Model. I also chose the 304 stainless steel for longevity. The cooking area is large and it came with a free rotisserie, cover and smoker box. I didn’t think I would use the side burner but it has come in so handy. The service from start to finish has been great. 5/5 for me!
