We have gone thru thee with one dog and one with our new dog. All it does is search without giving location. We have found our pet got them back home ten fifteen mins and the whistle timed out saying it could not lock on gps. Not happy to say the least. Money spent on a secure fence, way to go. From the beginning

We have Whistle to help locate our free range dog, Leo when we are leaving or going in for the night. It’s was a necessity when he was young and wild. Now that he’s 9 he doesn’t run off but we like being able to find him when needed.
The activity reports are also interesting and comforting to get.
I tell everyone who inquires about what the device on the collar does, that it’s our pacifier!

When you can’t be with your dog 24/7, you don’t really know what they’re going through in your absence. This Whistle technology has been very reassuring, letting me know how active, thirsty, or quiet my senior Labrador Pacey is while I’m away. He’s had some metabolic issues this summer, but seems to be doing much better. Pacey’s weekly reports from Whistle have shown improvement in his drinking, eating, scratching, and licking. Good to know!

Company will blame everything but the device for obvious physical defects. Had device for about 11 months now. About 2 months ago battery life began declining. 3 weeks ago it degraded to >24h and less than 10m to charge to "full".
Things claimed to need to be ruled out which could not within the laws of physics be responsible:

WIFI band

IP version

Do not recommend due to terrible, still unresolved over a week later, support. No ability to choose service refund when device fails due to poor manufacturing.

We’ve had the whistle tracker for about 8months, the strap design is so flimsy, it kept getting lost. We’re unable to find it this time - the proximity meter is very very weak. On the website it says to contact the support team in case you struggle to find it and all they said was they can’t help us and the warranty does not cover loss. The app is ok hence why 2stars but save yourself a lot of money and get more solid tracker.

This is an excellent product! It tracks everything to help monitor your dogs wellness. Super easy to use and the support from the company is outstanding. Love getting weekly updates of how my dog did and the daily positive affirmations when we meet our exercise goal is very sweet.

Over the years my whistle device has helped me keep tract of a small pet who liked to wander up the street. With whistle I could go right to her. The health report was always helpful. I recommend Whistle every opportunity to do so.

I like that I can monitor things like how much time my dog spends drinking, how much exercise she gets (we have a fenced yard, so she is not totally dependent upon walks for exercise), and whether she is sleeping well. I also like that I can get information about how many calories she burns so that I can make sure that I am not over- or underfeeding her. And, since she's a Siberian Husky, I like that, if. she does escape, I can track her and get her back quickly. Recently, she opened the locked screen door and let herself out. I found her within a few minutes, but, unfortunately, not until she found the local skunk family.

The Whistle tracker is the best way to keep track of your pet’s daily and weekly activity level and wellness metrics without even thinking about it. All you have to do is recharge it every few weeks when automatically prompted.

I live with this app I am disabled and can’t walk gyzzmo so I have to rely on the app to be sure his walker gets in at least the minimum of what I have set for him to walk each day gets done and he has stone problems so he needs water to flush the minerals out before they turn to stones but this year after two clean years he has them in his kidneys as well as his bladder so we can’t do surgery until they move or disolve with the medicine we are trying him on and if it doesn’t work I’m not sure what we will do

Shadow is more trustworthy than I give her credit for. Thanks to Whistle I see she is walking in the woods parallel to the path I am walking on the greenway. So she is right next to me, but without Whistle, I would not know that.
I have two dogs. I haven't figured out how, or if it's possible, to look at both dogs at the same time.

It helps to be familiar with the area you are walking in, simply to understand what you are looking at in reference to the map. For instance a college campus has a lot of similar looking buildings on the map. Or a park I don't know the street names makes it more difficult which direction she is from me.

We've had this Device for many years... Unfortunately due to a storm we were unable to charge the device 1 day and my dog's Wellness chart and behaviors have been horrible ever since.

We have two babies on the Whistle program. The weekly reports are very informative and let us know where the babies may need room for improvement. It is a wonderful tool to have.

I like the drinking stat the best bi always worry about kidney problems and drinking excess is a sign.

I really like the wellness report and also tracking my dogs goal each day . IT has been a fun journey using the whistle to track my dogs progress every day

I truly believe Whistle is one of the best things I've invested in since getting my dog, Dixie Susan. I know daily how much exercise and sleep she's getting. In addition, the updates Whistle send regarding itching and licking are very helpful. Combined, everything really keeps me in tune with my dog. And that's very important to me.

3 months old device quit working this ended up with them canceling all warranty on new devices for all my dogs and they also canceled my subscription renewal at first I got a device that 6 weeks later front fell out they wouldn't replace they said only cosmetic enen through factory defect Amazon did replace then another 6 weeks another device quit working all together these devices have 1 year warranty they canceled all device warranty on me

My dog Teddy has had his Whistle since he was a puppy and it has been so helpful in keeping Teddy active and healthy.

I love our Whistle dog tracker! It's easy to charge. You get notified if your dog has left your home. I love the peace of mind!!
