Fantastic customer service, really helpful and overall a really great experience. Katie was amazing throughout the process, she chased solicitors and vendors and kept me informed throughout.

We've just said goodbye to Katie and James at Belong (28/5/21) It’s been a tricky move for us all told when the onward purchase fell through and delayed matters with our buyers (who also used Belong) But Katie juggled and kept us all informed and kept the deal together! Every time I called, the phone was answered and our queries dealt with in a friendly, prompt and professional manner. I must mention James’ fantastic photography skills. The sales brochure was fabulous. We’d initially gone with another agent - what a mistake that was. The brochure was put together badly with old fashioned photography and altogether looked average. The house didn’t sell in 6 months. We then asked James at Belong to take it on and it sold in the first week! Due mainly to his modern approach in virtual tours, 3D layouts and great pictures with an eye for detail (he even asked me to put my tea towels away lol!) I wished I’d gone with Belong in the first place! If you need a good estate agent don’t bother looking elsewhere. Call Belong. Simples.

After months of searching for somewhere to rent and receiving the worst customer experience of my life from some other major estate agents in the area, we spotted a property by Belong and asked for a viewing. All I can say is, from then on we only looked at properties directly from Belong’s website. The entire team were amazing, so friendly and efficient, and we were completely blown away by the experience. A lovely, personal, local estate agents who are clearly fantastic at what they do.

An excellent service from the valuation through to completion especially so with the current situation. Communucation was great via emails and phone calls. There was always someone to take my call when I rang and if the person I wanted wasn't there they always got back to me. The staff were friendly and professional at all times. Superb service from start to finish. James’ experience and superb knowledge of the area meant he set our expectations from the start which proved to be absolutely spot on. The 3D tour of our property on the website meant our property sold within 24 hours with negotiations concluded on a Sunday. From that point on Katie took ownership all ours and our buyers queries keeping in contact with us and chasing Solicitors. Could not fault the process which is usually considered stressful, Belong made it feel streamlined and efficient.
