It was great dealing with joe from start to finish.
Always kept me informed from my 1st inquiry to right after the the bike delivered to make sure everything went smoothly.
Would definitely use wheels and would ask to deal with joe again!

I bought an Air Tech 3 jacket and I was able to agree initially that I could exchange it if the size was incorrect (it wasn't!). The jacket itself arrived two days later and I am really happy with it

Bought a 2019 aprilia rsv4 got it it home. Found the engine bolts had had come loose started leaking water wing mirror nuts were missing and then had a flat spot and no power at the bottom end (got beat by my Mrs 2001 r6) and had the service light on even tho I was told it had been serviced. They did pick it up for repair and dropped it off which was good, but then it still had no power still hadn't been serviced wing mirror nuts still missing and engine bolts were loose still and then leaked water again, only the flat spot had been fixed, they picked it up again said they had fixed the water leak, it had then leaked again bought the bike in June it's now November they offered to pick it up again and give me £2000 less than what I paid because I had done 1000 miles on it, yes I did 1000 miles but every time I rode it or got it out to ride it, it had a issue, trying to go through the finance company to get my money back

Had my new bike delivered today, Tim the delivery man was a credit to wheels motorcycles, he takes his job very seriously takes great care of the bikes he’s delivering, very carefully, meticulously and with a smile on his face.
The bike was bought unseen and when delivered exceeded my expectations.
The sale was handled by Joe and the whole experience was very professional and could not have been easier.
I definitely would recommend Wheels motorcycles.

I bought a new Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory from these guys at a very attractive price.
All was very efficient and easy and the bike was delivered exactly when they said it would be.
Joe in sales was great and Tim who delivered the bike was superb.
I cannot fault the service and efficiency.

I found Wheel Motorcycles through a Google search for ‘Vespa dealers UK’. I checked available reviews and was comfortable to contact them and potentially make a remote purchase. I was specifically looking for a Vespa GTS Super 300. I called them on a Saturday morning and was very happy that James picked up the call as he provided an exceptional service; clearly talking me through the available stock, purchase options and process etc. No hard sales, just excellent customer care. Within the same call, I placed the order for my new bike. The following Saturday, it arrive on the back of a Wheels Motorcycles delivery van. The purchase process was easy, pre-delivery communication was spot-on and the bike arrived earlier than expected. What more can a buying customer ask for. Thank you Wheels Motorcycles… James in particular!

Great price, good communication via email, and super fast delivery

V7 annual service was just short of £500 (though magazine reviews say c.£180 ? ). Informed by service dept. that valve settings need checking 'annually', although Guzzi say 6000mls ( who to believe ? ). Love the bike but, sadly, it'll most probably go before the next service here. Feels like an unaffordable / or rip-off situation whatever. Very saddened.

Had a great experience at Wheels (Peterborough) ,Phil at Wheels where I bought my new Honda Hornet was very informative and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy, can't rate Wheels highly enough, would definitely buy from here again, recommended dealer.

Great fast and quick delivery for good price.

Having bought a nearly new bike, with just 80 miles on it, I was quite pleased, a reasonable deal. Not a great one, but they have to make money I guess. The problem came when it comes to servicing. I did about 300 miles before the first service and they wanted £500. Then almost £1500 for a major service the following year when I’ve only done about another 2000 miles. They say they are following the Suzuki service plan but that makes zero sense to me. I took it to a Suzuki specialist who said I wouldn’t need a major service next year. He is now servicing my bike at a fraction of the cost. I gather now that servicing is where they make their money, not in bike sales. Disappointed.

It was a pleasure dealing with Joe Scott, so refreshing having a proactive professional taking you through the sales process. Joe came across as being knowledgeable, as well as genuinely friendly, and an excellent communicator. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking to purchase a bike from Wheels Motorcycles (I recently took delivery of a Kawasaki Z H2 (bonkers!)

All I can say is , I have the most horrible experience with the after sale team that’s after I have purchased 8k motorcycle
This is addition to my first review after I read what wheels motorcycle put .
First of all I am new to all this and I followed what I you guys said and n one called me or follow up after I brought the bike surely that’s something you do with customers when they buy new bike .so I came for 2 services as I was advised and then I didn’t even use the bike that much as it’s been sitting in the garage anyway . So one the person that I spoke to was so rude about it two why I haven’t been advised to do these things as even if the bike didn’t do mileage yes as I mentioned I don’t know much about bikes and it’s my first bike but instead I had you should’ve done this and you should’ve done that and when I asked you can always ask the sales man that sold me the bike if he did explain things properly the answer was he is not with us anymore but we are sure that he did so basically I am laying.
I had brand new cars before and they always remind you when something needs doing to your car and they call you to check if you still happy with your car and in this case you didn’t do non of that you didn’t even bothered to ask how is the bike so anyway the bike is new touch wood nothing will happen to it and I got it serviced by a Yamaha dealer and I will sell it next year but one thing for sure you the one lost my custom and I will never step a foot in one of your branches .

Great service from knowledgeable, friendly staff. Ended up buying a new lid and new boots.
