Fantastic experience from beginning to end of a complex delivery project involving two pick up locations in Britain and two delivery locations in Spain, one of them not very near any big cities.
The communications with David and Trevor were always timely and very friendly and they offered excellent advice and expertise throughout the whole project as we didn't have any experience of international shipping before. They coordinated perfectly with the teams in Spain too and arranged for our preferred delivery days. The items arrived to the Spanisg depot even earlier than anticipated which was fantastic.
They sent photos of the items once placed on the pallets and kept updating us on progress constantly, for example when items cleared customs, which they organised for us too.
We will use Wheelers again and would recommend them to anyone that needs international shipping.

Everything was great in our delivery from London to Barcelona. Dave and Trevor in UK were amazing communicating and picking up our stuff at the scheduled time. The team that organised and delivered in Barcelona were also great and everything arrived on time, perfectly with no damages or missing stuff. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Me and my husband Mick recently used Wheeler logistics to transport our belongings from London to Malaga (on two occasions). The service was very professional and friendly, advising of all the procedures and costs in advance. The pick up and delivery went very smoothly with no damage to any of the goods. When we first booked the service, we did not know what to expect in the move, but Dave and Trevor were very helpful and make the experience painless and easy. Would definitely recommend.

Everything went really smoothly from start to finish. As I was transporting new goods from the UK to Spain while already living in Spain, I expected at least a few hiccups or customs-related issues along the way — but there were none.

Everything was handled efficiently: receiving the goods directly into their warehouse, managing the customs process, and organising delivery on the Spain side. The whole process was easy and stress-free.

My only suggestion for improvement would be communication. Responses were always quick, but often extremely short (sometimes just one word), and didn’t always fully answer my questions. This was occasionally frustrating and made me worry about how things would progress. That said, everything ultimately worked out perfectly and I would still recommend the service.

Dave and Trevor were absolutely fantastic. They were transparent, reliable and kept us updated with where our boxes were as promised. I recently used Wheeler Logistics Limited to move my belongings from my art studio in London to Madrid, and everything went perfectly. The team was incredibly kind and professional, both during the pickup and the delivery. They kept me updated throughout the whole journey, even sending photos along the way, which gave me great peace of mind.

My brother received the delivery in Madrid, and they were happy to coordinate directly with him — everything went smoothly and efficiently. My partner and I had a wonderful moving experience with Wheeler Logistics and their Spanish counterparts Mudinmar. We had all of our belongings in a storage unit in the UK when we started the moving process to Spain. We were already in Spain visiting and viewing flats, so when we finally found a flat there, we weren’t physically in the UK to help with the move. Dave at Wheeler Logistics made everything so easy for us to handle remotely. He put together all of the paperwork very quickly and even managed to get someone in to pick up our items just a few days after we reached out to him. He kept us updated every step of the way, letting us know when our items were picked up, when they were sent to Spanish customs, and when we could expect to hear from the movers on the Spanish side. Mudinmar, the movers in Spain, also were very friendly, professional and easy to work with.
Overall, it took only 1 week to complete the paperwork and get our items picked up, and only another 1.5 weeks for our items to pass through Spanish customs and arrive at our new flat. All our items were accounted for and arrived in great condition. We are so happy with our decision to move with Wheeler / Mudinmar and wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone moving from the UK to Spain. Thank you all!

Great communication, very competitive price, and prompt pickup and delivery. We had X20 20kg boxes sent, all arrived, and nothing was damaged.
We relocated from London - Porto. They assisted with customs, and were always available for assistance.
Only reason it’s not a 5 star is we had paid extra for assistance in Porto with unloading, and we did not get what was advertised. However, they did give us a partial refund for this, which is appreciated.
Lastly, I would recommend getting the strongest cardboard box available, as they do palletise the boxes high, and if you buy poor-quality cardboard boxes, they could collapse under the weight, as happened with a few of the cheaper boxes we had.

Brought 40 boxes of our stuff plus artwork and some furniture from Sussex to Madrid with no issues. Dealt with all the paperwork and delivered within a week of us contacting them. No breakages. Would recommend.

The experience started out well, with Wheeler logistics offering a very competitive price for transporting my goods, with friendly advice and good communication, and everything was picked up fine with no issues, until a week after my items arrived and I realised some things were missing.
I got in touch with Dave as soon as I realised but sadly nothing has been done to date, my items are lost, more than likely never to be found and no-one is willing to except responsibility. I offered to go to the warehouse in Portugal and look for myself as the items are of great sentimental value, but was told ( after a week ) that this wasnt possible.
I requested they claim for the loss through their £40 per item insurance, but as I did not create a detailed inventory ( literally thousands of items ) and was told this was not necessary, I am told the insurance is not valid.
Happy to take my money and totally fine until theres a problem, and now want nothing to do with it.
Very disappointing.
