Wish I had read these reviews. If your in Australia…. DO NOT purchase from these guys. The system will drop the .au off your email address and you get no confirmation and cannot return as it does not now recognise the right email address. Jacket was packaged small when opened was M/L ! Their customer service is appalling and dont know how to send back. They also said postage my problem despite being their mistake!!!
Buy from Revolve or elsewhere

Horrible customer service and charges shipping and restocking fees for return. Go buy it somewhere else.

I ordered a dress 2 months ago & still not received!!! Asked for a refund but they won't give me one or give me a date when its expected to arrive.
Surely this kind of service should be illegal its theft!!!

I ordered a skirt Dec 6 and as of Jan 2nd it’s still hasn’t been delivered. There is no number to call. Started texting someone Dec 23 and still texting jan 2 and said should be receiving it in the next day or 2. Was given 20% off after texting for a week. Missed giving Christmas gift. Expensive prices terrible service

Customer emails are left with zero response, Instagram comments asking for response about statuses are deleted.... they're busy promoting and cranking out new lines and never actually sending out packages to paying customers awaiting for their previous lines to ship out.

DO NOT SUPPORT WEWOREWHAT.

As I looked up more reviews, I also came across many allegations of the founder of WWW ripping off designs, poor business practices and all around being a terrible person. My last time ever shopping here.

Ordered a month ago and still don’t have my item!!!!!!! You email them and they don’t even reply!! People comment about this same issue on their ig posts and they delete them all the time. Spend your time replying to your costumers, NOT deleting their comments.

Ordered on November 27 and the order is still being processed. If I ever get it I will have to return it, which will cost me money and there is a 10 dollar restocking fee. It was ludicrously expensive to begin with. This site/company will not make it through the season . If you order, kiss your money goodbye.

If you buy from this brand do it from a reputable third-party seller like Revolve. Their customer service is horrible. I placed an order over 6 weeks ago and it hasn't been shipped yet (shipping time was 1-2 weeks). They won't do a refund and will not give me an estimated shipping date.
Never shopping from them again.

Do not buy. If you do shop this brand please buy from a reputable retailer such as revolve. Worst experience buying direct. 7 weeks later and they still have not shipped my items. And this was without any communication from the brand, no way to cancel or get refund. The customer service reps run around the question and do not offer any resolutions. Listen to all of the other reviews and DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS BRAND!! I will be telling all of my friends / followers to not trust this brand.

I ordered items that took over two weeks to ship. When I emailed customer service I was given a generic response to refer to their website…which was totally useless as the dispatch time had been surpassed. Sounds like they don’t read emails before responding or couldn’t care less to take the time of day to write something useful. I finally received my items a month later and had to return them all because the sizing was so off and the quality not what I would’ve paid for. Now, I’m struggling to get a refund for them, receiving the same generic responses to refer to the website when it’s been 2 weeks since my return arrived. Absolute mess, terrible customer service and mediocre products

I placed an order almost two months ago and they didn’t send all the items in my order until yesterday. The customer service was dismissive and offered no cancellation or refund when I repeatedly asked for it about a month after the majority of my order still had not been shipped. The time for fulfillment on their end should be a reasonable timeframe (a month should be more than enough, which I gave them). The refused to cancel and refund promising that it would be shipped “soon”. Two months later I no longer need those items (purchased for trip back home to HI). Learned my lesson. I will be focusing on purchasing from Local and Slow fashion brands from now on.

You pay a 20% restocking fee and pay for your return shipping! They only accept Fed ex. Will NEVER order from them again!

My order arrived and I returned every single item barring one - primary reason was the quality/fit. Im so tired of trusting influencers - Danielle B is always posting how great her clothes are and I’ve given WWW so many chances; time and again, the clothes look like they’re from H&M or maybe Zara. They’re thin, cheaply stitched, and don’t fit true to size. Also, if you have a bust AT ALL, none of the bikinis will offer any support. These clothes are not for anyone with a cup size of D or higher. My honest advice is to stay away - it’s not worth the return fee at all.

I ordered a dress from here and sent it back the day after for an exchange. It’s been a week now and I cannot get in touch with anyone to see when the correct size will be shipped out. The online chat has no one operating it and I’ve emailed them at least 4 times now including there return merchant. I will NEVER order from them again.

If I could give 0 I would. Horrible customer service. It doesn't exist. I have emailed 3 times, DM on Instagram and commented (which they delete). It's been two weeks and I have yet to receive anything. A response, an email, nothing. SAVE YA MONEY!!

I have purchased a few things from this line now - vegan jumper, swim, biker shorts, workout gear- and have come to the conclusion that the sizing is inconsistent and that the quality also has opportunities. I’m
Pretty disappointed as she’s always raving about the time it takes to make the line and all the quality and care to ensure it’s a great product. I’ve had stitching come undone and peeling- just overall VERY disappointed. I won’t purchase anymore.

The fits on these clothes are absolutely awful. Sure, Danielle Bernstein designs really fun clothes and markets them really well (she really does), but if you’re paying $175 for pants that aren’t true to size at all and the return fees are as hefty as they are - stop yourself from buying them at all.

I wish I could give this zero stars. I got a couple things from weworewhat. I follow Danielle Bernstein and think she looks great in all of the clothes she makes. Once I ordered the clothes I got an email two weeks later that the package was on the way. When I went to the tracking information, the package had already been delivered and I was unaware for a couple days. A little strange. Anyway, when I went to go try on all the clothes, sizing was all over the place and quality was horrible. These products are so over price for what they are. I tried to submit a refund but their system couldn’t find my email so I reached out via email to send the clothes back and didn’t hear back for a week just for them to tell me that they could not take the clothes back. Never buying anything from this company again. The clothes look nice quality in the pictures but they are not in person.
