Ordered a Baltoro jacket here, got a parcel notification the first day stating that it was shipped, after that it took 2 days to deliver at customs.

After that it took weeks, so i decided to contact customer support, kept in mind that it was on a friday expecting to get an answer on monday, this didn't happened due to it being a bank holiday, i did got a reply the next day (tuesday) explaining that it was a bank holiday which by than i realised.

Apart from the chat bot on their website i thought the customers support was quite good especially since it goes via Email which usually isn't the best, overall especially for them not having a huge team for customer support i had a great experience.

Paid extra for 24 hour DHL delivery, for them to send it by the wrong carrier and now both Royal Mail and DHL are saying the parcel never was sent.
Sent messages in every possible communication channel, (Email, Website Live Chat, App messages) with absolutely no responses after the initial.
Interestingly enough the name listed under companies house is the exact same / family name as most the supposed “customers” on tiktok so you do with that information as you will.
Now I’m £200 down and with no coat, can’t even comment on the quality of the coat as it NEVER ARRIVED, will be contacting trading standards.
I find it incredibly hard to believe these people receive these positive reviews from the (1) review alleged customers have posted in the past…

I ordered from them back in January and when the coat came it was a size too big (completely my fault for ordering wrong) but they were helpful and quickly replied to me, sending me a new coat the next day. However, when it came it had a small hole in it so I told them but they insinuated that I had damaged it, after a week they sent me a new one which I was glad about. When the third coat came I hadn’t expected such damage, the bottom toggles are completely broken and snapped into two, which I’m not even sure how it has happened or passed their ‘thorough checks’. I’ve sent them multiple polite messages in case I’ve been ‘lost in loads of messages’ but I’ve had no replies. I know it must be frustrating on both ends but I’ve been left with a damaged coat that I paid almost £200 for and the cold months are almost over :(

10/10!!! I had been looking for a navy blue puffa for a while now and didn’t want to spend £300. Their tiktok caught my eye and they helped me on Instagram showing me the coat, confirming it’s real and showing the colour difference- super super helpful!! The coat came within 4 days which was perfect timing and very very happy with the quality of the coat! 10/10 customer service- the help was amazing and defo recommend!

Second time buying from here and 10/10. Both coats were immaculate and came within 2 days! Will definitely be buying from once again cause cannot fault

Bought my daughter a North Face. She was thrilled with it. Jacket was in excellent condition and delivery time was as promised.

I got a North Face puffer jacket for my daughter and it arrived quickly in excellent condition. In fact it almost looks nearly new, with plenty of puff and no marks. When the postal strikes hit, Vintage switched to DHL to ensure delivery, which was very helpful, and the coat arrived a day earlier than expected. I see some customers were disappointed but we certainly have no complaints.

Will at We Vintage was so helpful, on discovering from my review we weren’t happy with a coat received he contacted us and sent us a different coat to replace our first purchase.
The second coat received was as expected and a welcome gift for my daughter. Would use the site again for future purchases.

ordered a north face puffer, and arrived a week later. a few signs of previous wear but wasn't expecting the quality to be brand new. great customer experience and great website. would love to see a more general selection of sweatshirts on the website rather than just college ones. For the price it's absolutely amazing.

I ordered a north face jacket was a little delayed due to uk strike.
The jacket had multiple marks and part of it was stitched was very upsetting as I spent £175.
Customer service was amazing and got back to all my inquiries and got small amount of refund I will not be shopping from we vintage again it’s not worth the money

I was sceptical about buying a second hand jacket for my daughter, however I was reassured when I was sent a video of the jacket on what’s app.
The jacket arrived quickly and was perfect. Thank you 😊

Ordering was easy, kept updated on delivery and my North Face jacket is lovely, especially the price.

Ordered a north face puffer jacket and arrived dirty with marks and the puffer stitched up in two different places as well as the jackets stuffing being all out of place and missing in places

Not happy at all would not recommend

Had a slight issue with my order but the company reached out to me instantly and helped my through the issue, delivery did take quite a while to the UK (8days) but it may have been due to the strikes at the time,
If i am looking for a jacket again I will definitely order from them again
