I made an appointment online this morning, for this morning.
I knew the cost upfront. Shaun and his colleague let me know they had been held up a little, so communication was good. They had the right mix of friendliness and professionalism, fixed my problem and double checked it was sorted.
They explained what the issue was and how to help prevent it from recurring.
Fabulous clean (had shoe covers), quick, efficient and friendly service (i get very anxious about hiring tradesmen) made me feel at ease.

Booked on line all very easy, arrived on time phone call to let us know they were on the way, problem diagnosed and dealt with in a very professional way, our drain was flowing again in under half an hour, I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again, should I have another drain issue.

This is my second review in a week as I had to call weunblockdrains back out again as for some reason, we suffered a drain relapse and it stopped fully draining again. However, true to their word, they arranged for Mark to come back out to us again very quickly as part of their 100 day guarantee and got it sorted. It was a bit of a mystery as to what happened but the bottom line is that it is now all sorted and so I echo my words on the previous review, adding in that the 100 day guarantee is brilliant, and works! Thanks so much guys.
