These people are crooks. They took my money, were ridiculously late with delivery, and when they did deliver it was the wrong items. This happened twise. I am still waiting on my refund over a month after they collected the second lot of incorrect items. They constantly lie about what they're going to do and communication is appalling. Avoid at all costs if I could give zero stars I would.

Have given them 2 stars as unlike other reviewers my shower panels finally arrived and were undamaged. They were ordered nearly a month ago from a nationwide showroom chain and both myself and the showroom (and their head office) have been chasing this for several weeks. I think this was the fourth or fifth promised delivery date - it was at times changing daily. As they were 'own brand' from the showroom, I wasn't initially aware of where they would come from. When Shore Laminates do answer the phone (rarely) the staff are very friendly, but the service offered by the company is appalling.

I’ve bought their shower panels before from Bathcentre with no issues — but the vanity worktop unit has been a completely different story.

I ordered a vanity worktop on 1st September 2025 through one of their retailers. Since then, it’s been nothing but delays and excuses. There was zero communication from the supplier, so I ended up making daily calls to the retailer, who did their best to chase them for answers. After two months of promised delivery dates that never materialised, I finally cancelled the order.

Trying to contact the supplier directly was a nightmare. Their customer service line rings endlessly until it times out and hangs up. The only way I managed to speak to a human was by pressing 0 during the ringing tone, which seems to redirect you to the trade line. When I did get through, I was told, “The items are always in stock, so you shouldn’t have any problems,” followed by, “You’re an end user, I’m not allowed to talk to you.”

An absolutely frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. If you value your time and sanity, avoid ordering from them — their customer service is practically non-existent.

Sounds cliché but it's quite unfortunate that I can't give zero stars to this company and their service.
I have been waiting for my delivery for two weeks now, which they have allegedly shipped a total of 6 times in this time frame. No proactiveness from the retailer, I had to be constantly phoning them every single day to ask about my order. I received daily promises that it will be with me 'today' or 'tomorrow' throughout the two weeks.

The one time the shipment did arrive, it was damaged. This was a shower wall panel. Not surprised about the damage given how it was wrapped: a thin plastic with a sticker with my address... just as you would buy it off the shelf from a hardware store. No protection whatsoever.

On a final attempt today, the lady over the phone confessed that the courier did not collect the parcel the last two times it had failed to arrive. So while the 'tracker' gave me a timeframe for the delivery and kept it 'updated live' - it was all a fraud, the item wasn't even with them.

SCAM? It sounds like it. Still waiting.

If only I’d read these reviews first. We are experiencing the same issues. First delivery had missing panels, promised overnight delivery then two days later were told the panel was damaged in transit. Promised overnight again, chased up and told it was about an hour away. Two hours later then told it was never loaded on the van. We now half a half finish unusable bathroom and incurring additional costs to get the plumber back when or if it turns up. Absolutely disgusted by them.

Had these panels fitted in my new shower nearly 20 years ago, love the ease of cleaning and still looking good. Recently contacted customer service by email for some advice and the response was excellent, very helpful. At almost 80 my experience of customer service has declined over the years but not from this company 👏

All goes well until it is time to deliver. 
Delivery dates get agreed. 
Delivery dates then missed. 
Emails go unanswered. 
Calls go unanswered. 
If someone does respond, your very lucky. 
If a product does get delivered in time, or at all, you are very luck.
Then seem to rely on the fact once ordered so be it, you are stuck with them, regardless.
I would think very carefully about ordering from the company, especially if you are working to timescales or need any customer service off them.
Overall, poor service, with a lack of empathy or thought for the customer.

This company is probably one of the worst performing companies that I have ever come across in business. Wrong deliveries, No deliveries, No stock. , the list goes on

We ordered Splashwall from B&Q in June, and a few days later received an email advising the delivery date but with the wrong order number. Ever since then, I’ve called and emailed them—no answer and no reply. Then I found out from B&Q that Shore was having computer glitches. Luckily, B&Q agreed to refund.
I then believed Shore had a problem, but seeing B&Q and other online shops continue to sell their products, I thought they must have overcome those glitches. So, in July I ordered a Wetwall 3-wall panel kit from Rubberduck. This time we received the goods. However, they sent us the wrong orientation panels! Now, Rubberduck and we have not had any word from Shore, as if we’re talking to a wall made by Shore.
I should have Googled Shore Laminates reviews before making the same mistake!

[Updated 1 Sep] I've received the replacement just a day after I posted this review. I'm glad we can put this behind and move on to other items. CHANGED from 1 star to 3 stars for lack of communication and transparency. Unnecessary.

I ordered some Wetwall paneis on 24.07.2025, I received an email on 25.07.2025 saying that they could not supply that particular style, would I like a refund? Yes!
After numerous emails and phone calls which were never answered, I received my refund on 11.08.2025. They had my money for 18 days, supplied me with nothing and the design I ordered is still showing as available on their website?
I was unable to buy any other Wetwalls until I received my refund and as a consequence my new bathroom has been delayed.
I emailed the Company Director Tim Richards on 07.08.2025 who according to Georgina would be replying to me sometime this week, I'm still waiting??
My suggestion is if you want Wetwalls or Splashwalls go to B&Q, both they and their Suppliers provide a much better service.

Poor quality product.
Not a replacement to consider to the usual options people always go for instead for bathroom renovating that wont leak when the small joiner catch comes loose on these wet wall panels.
Seems to be an item bought in cheap from China and being charged a fortune for it marketed as a premium product which it isn't.

The panels took longer than anticipated to arrive, limited communication.
When they arrived , later than expected, we were on holiday so plumber installed them. They had sent the wrong panels - completely….. not anywhere similar. A different colour and not the elite - which we paid for. When I rung A the attitude was simply , not my problem!!!!! Very disappointed. No reply to emails to discuss the matter. Now I’ve spend a lot of money on something that hasn’t arrived but instead a cheap version of a product that doesn’t match my bathroom!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Just had Marmo Migliore installed in our bathroom and we absolutely love it! Great quality product!

The product might be good. Who knows. I’ve been waiting for weeks for it.
Given 2 delivery dates. Waited for it. No product. Company refuses to answer emails or the phone.
What are we supposed to do?
Until they can sort themselves out I would not place an order.
The single worst purchase I have ever known. No idea if it will turn up today. No idea if it will be tomorrow - or next week - or not at all.
Should I source something else. Probably.
