I placed an order six weeks ago
I placed an order six weeks ago. I checked the shipping timelines because I needed the boots for an event at the end of April which allowed for eight weeks of time to get to me in the US. I followed up twice to find out where my order was. The first time I asked when it would be shipping and was told will let you know when it ships. The second time I followed up because it had not arrived after six weeks and in that email I told them I needed it in 10 days for an event. The very next day I got an email that said it’s shipping today. I could not get anyone to respond to my next email asking how long to arrive until after it shipped and I keep getting a standard response it says here’s your tracking info it shipped. It will now take eight business days to arrive based on my original shipping method, which should have been upgraded because I believe my order was lost given it ironically shipped the day. I reached out. Your website never indicated it would take six plus weeks to ship then another eight business days to arrive. I will not have my order for the event and you had an opportunity to upgrade my shipping so that it would arrive on time. I will never shop with you again, terrible order communication, site messaging and customer service.
