Our conversion was more complex so we were looking for someone with expertise. Westshore have proven very professional and helpful. We happy with the service and the designs provided and would definitely recommend them in the future.

Don’t be fooled by the good reviews, this company offered us their architectural services for drawing up plans. Westshore knew of our time constraints but didn’t stick to the timeframe given by them and the plans that were provided were poorly designed (this became apparent when we started to get contractors over to quote). There was no initial meeting offered to discuss our requirements and our requirements were not met. I’m addition to this and more worryingly is that we were offered a service by someone who described themselves as an architect but who wasn’t actually registered (which is a legal requirement in the UK). An investigation officer at the Architects Registration Board had to actually contact Westshore and ask them to remove the false information where they had claimed their employee was an architect.

We have been left with a set of unusable plans and thousands of pounds out of pocket, not to mention the stress this has caused us while I was pregnant.

A formal complaint was made to the company but the directors clearly only care about money making and not the service provided. Stay away and use another company!

WestShore Engineering were brilliant dealing with the structural drawings of my renovation and extension project. It was a strange topology but they came up with an innovative way to make it work. They were responsive on their communication and super friendly too. They were also very quick to work.
I also did my party wall agreement with them and again exceeded my expectations. Would definitely work with them again.
