Excellent Service
Ordered online Monday and received it on Wednesday just when I was expecting a notice of despatch. The showed the holders in stock and unlike competitors that say they have stock then order from the wholesaler but have taken your money. So this is how it should be from a reputable retailer. The price was good too - so bought two. My first time but shall revert again. Highly recommend.

I had to lift the bath off the van myself as they did not send someone to lift it into the property. Terrible experience for a premium priced item.

I was extremely happy with the service…
I was extremely happy with the service I received. I was able to email and call someone about elements of my order and the order arrived punctually. I needed to return an item that wasn’t compatible with my bathroom plumbing and they went over and above to try and find a speedy resolution including offering to call and discuss with my plumber and helping me find alternatives. Something that not many similar retailers would have done.
