Very disappointed with the top soil I’ve ordered from them as a repeat customer this year I ordered 2 bulk bags of premium soil £225 when delivered was nothing like so but clay mood full of stones after contacting them nothing been done blaming the weather but I don’t think it’s the case because when the soil is dry turn like rocks clearly I’ve been robbed from them I won’t be using them again that’s for sure I don’t mind paying for the product but not to be robbed

After being refused delivery by another company I called and spoke to a lovely lady and explained we lived on a one way street would this be an issue. She checked for me overnight and rang me back the next day to say they could arrange a smaller vehicle for the delivery. I therefore ordered my turf for delivery the next week. They cut it on the morning of delivery, and it arrived looking very healthy. We had 153 delivered and I only saw one rogue weed in it and only had one defective turf which must have gone through the cutter incorrectly. A few days down the line and the turf looks extremely healthy and green. All in all I am extremely happy with it and would highly recommend them. I am looking to build a raised bed next year so will be buying my railway sleepers from them when the time comes.

We are creating a community garden and as the soil is very poor on site, we needed something special when planting our 5 apple trees and many vegetable plants. This topsoil looks very good and we’re mixing it with some compost donated by another company.
We are going to make this bag last as long as possible as we can’t afford to buy another.

Turf is great and a fast service….delivery charge of £18, 3mile from Singletons store is the only downside.

Well what can I say, Singletons went above and beyond. Turf was delivered prior to the bank holiday as requested, the delivery drive dropped off early allowing me to lay the turf before it got to hot. The lawn is now looking excellent.

Really good price and product as expected. Very accommodating, when I asked them to delay the delivery by a couple of days as we were running behind.
Delivery driver was great, asking exactly where we wanted the bags and got them closer to the house than we expected.
