The company were very professional and their work was of a very high standard, it was made more difficult by the fact that they had to do remedial works after poor workmanship by another contractor before they could reinstall the wet room. We are so pleased that we are now able to use the wet room satisfactorily. We can recommend this company and will use them again.

Leaking boiler, Barry attended promptly, identified problem, made temporary fix and when Worcester advised it was not under guarantee he assisted in getting them to accept it was, resulting in their sending engineer with parts to complete repair under guarantee.

Phoned with problem at 9am. Plumber arrived just after lunch to assess, explained repair needed. Went to get parts needed, returned a fitted new parts by 3-30pm. Very pleasant receptionist and Plumber. Wonderful service, will use for all our household needs in future.

Flushing the heating system can't be much fun as it's all about watching the clock while the chemicals do the work but Barry arrived on time, I just knew I was in good hands the moment he came to the door, he explained everything he was doing, with a courteous manner and pleasant personality, obviously knows and enjoys his job and doing it to the highest standard, represented the company in the very best way.
