GARBAGE
GARBAGE! I am so infuriated by this company! I ordered luer slip syringes and recieved luer lock. They actually responded surprisingly and said they won't replace it because it's still compatible. Guess what, I couldn't get an air tight seal on my vial and all the medication leaked out. THIS IS BECAUSE IT'S NOT COMPATIBLE! Do yourself a favor and never buy from this company!

West End is dishonest and likely a sham business
Do not order from these people. I ordered two boxes of 100 each hypodermic needles and they sent 20 needles only. They are dishonest in what they portray on their website and you cannot reach customer service either by email or by telephone.

Five Stars, Shipped Fast & Secure At Great Price!
I can honestly say this was one of the smoothest transactions I've had this year. The stuff was sent fast and very securely packaged. The items were better than advertised and I couldn't be happier. I called to say good job and spoke to a nice lady so I will definitely be back and recommend them to my gym buddies.

West end medical supplies poor customer service
If you place an order, there is NO WAY to cancel or change it. 😞
I immediately tried to cancel my order for syringes when I realized the amount was not what I wanted. I sent a message through the website within a minute of the order submittal. There was no response. I got a shipping confirmation a day or so later. I called the number on the website. There is no option to talk to a live person. I sent an email to the company. The reply was that orders cannot be canceled as they go to a fulfillment center. 😡
They offered to have me mail back my 10 syringes for a refund. The postage was as much as the items. Very poor service. Recommend not to use this company.

Product (syringe/needle combo 23 × 1") is of great quality. Syringe slides and injects very nicely, needles are great quality. Shipping department needs MUCH IMPROVEMENT though. Slow, and lots of mix-ups. They do have good customer service and are helpful when there is a problem and/or instance.
