Very happy with the lupins I received from Westcountry Nurseries. Fast delivery, well packed and healthy young plants. Recently I ordered a lupin of the same variety from a different company and it was no where near as strong and healthy a plant as Westcountry’s though it cost slightly more. I shall use Westcountry in future.

I ordered a selection of plants last year 2 astrantia, a Geum, 2 Dierama and a calamagrostis. 12 months on and every plant is thriving and beautiful in my garden- thank you West Country nurseries

I received 3 lupins at the start of the month. One of the lupins 'Persian Slipper' did not have strong roots. They had a 'crumbly' appearance when I removed the plant from the pot. It appeared weak when I planted it and never recovered to gain strong leaf growth. It has now died. For the last three weeks I have been writing to the company, attaching photos of the plant and asking them to replace it or send me a refund. For the last two weeks I have been ignored. I feel that I have wasted money on these plants as only one of them is growing strongly. This has been a costly waste of money as I have spent £8.50 on each plant and £9.00 for postage. For this amount I expect good quality plants and better customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

You can'thave enough thalictrums and the plants I ordered arrived promptly and in very good condition.

After waiting 3 months from another company +still no delivery we received from West country lupins next working day.Plants were well packed, a good size +seem extremely healthy.So for 1st class results order from West Country.

Great plant choices and fast delivery. Plants arrived in excellent condition and larger than expected .

Recently ordered on line a ICE BLUE clematis and received it promptly. Rarely have I seen such a well packaged plant sent by post with no damage to the plant at all.

I placed my order at 19.30 on 13th June and delivery received at 09.45 today. Lovely good sized, healthy Lupin Plants, carefully packaged. As it is very hot and sunny, I'v put them in partial shade to recover leaf shape and will plant out later. Was a bit reluctant to use mail order for these items as expected them to arrive less then perfect. No worries for the future in ordering from Westcountry Nurseries

I bought 3 Blossom lupin last autumn, nice healthy plants came up but when they came up in the spring two were blue instead of pink. The were quickly replaced with the correct plants, no questions asked. Very good service and lovely healthy plants.

Beautiful best quality plants supplied mail order. Mine arrived within three days, packed really well and were very healthy plants (a clematis and two perennial wallflowers) I’m delighted!

Ordered 2 towering inferno lupins not cheap as I wanted to make sure I had the orange colour promised they are definitely not orange but a true bright pink colour I gave these 3 stars because the plants are healthy,needless to say I didn't get what I paid for was hoping to take basil cuttings to get more orange variety to add to my expanding collection very disappointed,I have just ordered lupin seeds from them to propagate next year to see if they are any good&hopefully get something a bit different to the Russels variety a little expensive but thought I would give them a go fingers crossed,would of sent pictures but no option to do this

My Japanese clematis arrived in perfect condition.
It is a healthy plant, lovingly wrapped and now it has a beautiful flower on it.
