My washing machine could not get water despite everything looks attached. I called the provider and they would not come to check it for two weeks. In order to have it solved quickly, I had to call a plumber. As I have already used west27 plumbing in the past I thought of calling then again and the morning after they came and solve the problem. One of the component of the pipes was broken and they changed it with a new one in less than 15 minutes. The service is very good that’s why I called them again. The price is very competitive and Gianni very helpful. He also check the second problem and advise me to call the estate manager because the problem was not coming from my flat, but was in the main pipes of the building. Without his expertise I would never discover that the main building waste pipe was corroded and leaking behind my wall. That discovery helped me to prevent major issues in my walls. I am very satisfied and happy about the outcome. I will strong recommend West27Plumbing!

Gianni and Vasyl have done an amazing job converting our bathroom into a wet room. Their work ethic is excellent. They work solidly long hours with no breaks to get the job finished with minimal disruption. They tidy up at the end of each day. The work is of an exceptionally high standard, completed with skill and professionalism.
They are very friendly, reliable, considerate and easy to deal with. I will certainly have them again for other jobs and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Gianni has been looking after our ageing boiler for years and keeps it in good working order. He is polite, honest and knowledgeable. Gianni investigates thoroughly the issue at hand and will present the different options.
He will give his honest opinion rather than trying to sell a big and costly repair or replacement of boiler. Our most recent work included the replacement of a few smaller parts as well as a full clean. Gianni diagnosed correctly and worked efficiently and quietly. We recommend him to anyone!

Amazing Gianni (West27 Plumbing Engineers) is Fulham-based. He is super efficient, arrives on time, deals with it, figures it out, tells you the options; honest, sincere, super hard working. My bathtub outlet ( which feeds the water into the Bathtub) was dripping. Gianni came and allowed me to watch him uncover the problem. Valve failing after 13 years; ok, he knows valves so told me what to order as we looked it up together on web. Valve delivered next day and a few messages between us to have him come over to me again, between two other jobs. New valve: water turned off at street level, red o-ring covered with silicon and then put in place. Water turned back on—Tested. Tested again. Job done. Gianni even rang me next day to have me look to see that the bathtub outlet was no longer dripping/wasting precious water. Plumbing Engineer Gianni is a no nonsense expert, a hero, a great Fulham neighbour. Only ask for him if you want solutions vs faff. Fair prices; honest, no fake discounts . Rare. Wow!

Gianni was fantastic, very responsive and quick to book in. He fixed my shower cartridge and was a very nice guy to work with. I have booked him in next week to unblock a drain and will be recommending him to friends and family

Had very prompt response within half an hour after check done by Cadent Emergency Engineer & efficient & tidy service from Mr Gentian Lumani for repairing our gas leak from a pipe feeding into our cooker hobb & also rectifying the water piping into our dishwasher. Would highly recommend.
