I was very nervous as I do not like car sales people due to having had pushy ones in the past. Tom was the exact opposite. Very polite let me look around the car with out looking over my shoulder. Answered questions not pushy at all very helpful. Came with me on test drive as I did not know the area. The car was exactly like stated on auto trader and on the video. Extremley clean and runs well. I bought the car on the day but collected the next day. Waited another day so Ive been driving the car and had a proper good going over it so I could give a true review. Love it. Thankyou for the whole experiance.

Avoid! Sold me a car that broke down 5 weeks later, will not offer a return or repair as they claim to be a 'vehicle sales agency' and not a dealer in order to avoid their responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Do not buy from this company unless you want to lose your money if things go wrong.

In response to the dealers reply, below are some facts:
Warranty Assist have rejected my claim and appeal stating that the issues were present prior to the warranty being taken out i.e when it was with We Sell Any Auto (Preston) Ltd. but the car had 'no mechanical faults' when sold to me apparently.

My 'inappropriate behaviour consists' of writing to the dealer asking for fair treatment, this has been via letter and email over the course of the last couple of weeks.

All comments and reviews I've made have been of the experience I've had from this company, which I stand by.

Your last comment is complete lies, which I've come to expect when dealing with this company. You need to tread very carefully when accusing someone of such behaviour without a shred of evidence.

Dan and Tom sold a car on behalf of myself, great communication, easy to deal with and quick payment once the car had sold

Excellent, from beginning to end. When I first spoke with Tom he was very open about all the good points and pointed out a couple of minor negatives. We arranged a suitable time for viewing and the car was exactly as described (if not better!). Extremely pleased with the very pleasant and thoughtful approach in dealing with us. No pressure from Tom, but excellent service and communication. I would highly recommend and hope to deal with again.

Very bad experience viewing a Bmw 125 coupe .
The car was awful, very badly presented with a second hand wing on the nsf with dark blue paint showing where the paint job was that bad on the bottom of the wheel arch ect i kid you not on a £8000 car, the front bumper was badly painted as were other parts of the car, scratches and big chips out the bodywork. we travelled 250 mile round trip to see this car . my friend had left a deposit of £100 to hold the car for viewing the day before, when i asked for this back i was told i had attitude and he was keeping it.
Now I have edited this review as I didn’t know my friend had signed a agreement on line the day before about the deposit situation. If I had known I would have told him to stay away, never agree to buy a car sight unseen. I still stand by my description of the car , for £8000 it has to be a nice example and not badly prepared as this was.
Also I might add if you do put a deposit down on any car and your not happy with it then it would be a good practice to pay this back whatever the situation.
If viewing a car here or any car dealers please take someone with mechanical and bodywork experience as I have , over twenty five years in the motor trade. Retired now . So yes I do know what I’m talking about !
