Have just attended the Ecommerce For Beginners webinar with Carol Allen. I found it very informative and helpful. Carol has a clear voice, is easy to understand and gives you helpful tips so you can apply to your business. Will definately recommend to others.

Carol Allen delivered a very informative webinar which covered a lot of ground within 3 hours (with rest breaks). I really appreciated that she used real world examples, and included her own experience as a business owner who uses e-commerce.
Carol's delivery style was clear, confident, and positive, and she made sure to answer everyone's questions.

Just had a webinar on ECommerce with Carol Allen. Very informative as I needed to understand the importance of having a sound strategy before I set up my own Ecommerce store. I'm very practical so would also suggest visual examples on getting started and set-up would be useful too.

Delivered by Carol Allen, this was an inspiring, detailed webinar which was easy to follow and delivered at a steady pace. Aimed at beginners, it covered single and multi-vendor stores, solving potential customer needs with a product. The importance of knowing the market and choosing the product to sell; having a strategy; understanding the order fulfilment process; segmenting the market and the order fulfilment process.

I have attended a Webinar with Carol and I received value for this course. I learnt so much about selling online and the pros and cons and how the cons can be turned into pros. It has been really informative. I am looking forward to putting into practice what I have learnt. I will be attending the marketing Webinar next

It's free business support, so I honestly wasn't sure what to expect but from what I can tell the advisors are people that have actually been there not just people that have went through business support training (which also wouldn't have been terrible for free support).

Working with them on one-to-one business advice through Matt, so on a personal level of how good the support is, I can only comment on him but if I'm not mistaken there's the ability to change if the advisor isn't a fit for you.

On Matt, I like his straight-to-the-point approach, it feels like he genuinely cares and feels like he actually gets it. Currently working on implementing more structure around marketing with putting so much structure in that it feels corporate.

I did the marketing content creation webinar with Carol yesterday and it was very insightful. Very knowledgeable and friendly instructor. Definitely worth it.
