We Luv Tax 

This company has helped me recover tax I was unsure I owed and kept me informed about what was happening. They also gave clear instructions on what I should do if contacted by the government. I just had to sit back and wait for the refund.
Well worth †he money.

Appreciated all their work but the commission was ridiculous. Took nearly half of what I was owed back from HMRC. Also took nearly a year to sort out. Wish I done it myself or went with a different firm that could have done it with half of what I paid them.

This company are dishonest , they are buying signatures off Gladstone brooks and forging them on to tax forms

Commission was way too much. Wouldn’t have used if I’d known it cost me nearly half of what was owed to me.

Very happy with how this worked and WLT kept me updated at all times and gave clear instructions on what I needed to do. The fee is very high but considering most of us wouldn't know where to start with doing this, I think it's worth it as I got some more PPI money back and that makes it worthwhile.

I was unaware that the company was pursuing a recent tax rebate.
A letter from HMRC informed me.
Communication not great, always following a script. I initially blocked them as spam when e-mail ended with 'we luv tax 😊'.
A cheque arrived almost 8 weeks after HMRC letter.

They paid the money in to my bank

My only problem was trying to contact you by phone. Nobody would answer. Apart from that, it was excellent service. Fast, and no messing about. You did exactly what it said on the tin. I would highly recommend weluvtax to anyone. Spot on.

Really happy that we luv tax found that I was entitled to a rebate. But very disappointed with the amount of fees that I was charged for such a small rebated

I received a great service, although I was a little dubious to begin with when I was contacted by Gladstone brooks and they passed me on to we luv tax. The commission is high but I was still glad to receive my money as it was hassle free.

Excellent service

Was really happy to receive the tax refund I got after applying through “We luv tax” I had hesitated after the first couple of e- mails from Gladstone Brookes ( where I had received my ppi refund payment) but thought what could I lose/ didn’t expect anything so applied. I did know beforehand the commission percentage which is quite high but in the end I was just happy to receive anything as I would not have bothered to claim it by myself. The application was also easy to do through them. Well worth it!

Great service. Not too expensive but can bite in to your tax savings

Very good service didn't expect anything didn't get alot but anything is better than nothing it was straightforward and quite quick I also received a message from hmrc saying what I was owed keep up the good work and for the people who are hesitant it's really worth a try

Fraudsters!

I received a letter from HMRC advising me that a rebate request from We Luv Tax was not successful, thank goodness as I have never been in touch with the company to request such a refund in the first place, I didn't even know that the company existed before I received the letter.

HMRC sent a copy of the completed form and it was full of made up information! Absolute scam!

I've reported then to Action Fraud as a result, I hope they get charged with fraud!
