The Wellnature collagen mask I used overnight with beautiful results; smaller pores and smooth, dewy skin, which is still like this 2 days later. I was a bit concerned when I tried to find my order on your website and my order number was nowhere to be found. My order arrived sometime later, so now I am happy and pleased with the beautiful results.

I often don't write reviews - but this product has been every bit as good as promised 100%. I am delighted at how my skin looks and feels after using it! and it does last several days.

I have used the masks twice now and love the appearance of my skin after! There is definitely a difference. I don't believe you need to have them on all night, so if you had 2-3 hours the effects would be the same. I think I will try it right before I head out to an event!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. There has been no response back and no phone number to call.

Do not order from here! I ordered one mask to try, I received 5 packages and 3 containers of Gycolic Acid which I did not order. I cannot get a hold of anyone for a refund. I sent several emails and heard nothing.

This is a total scam. I’m getting ready to contact my credit card company. I ordered this on 21 February since several emails asking for the status of my order have not ever received the response. This has to be a scan do not order from this company, it is a scam.

Product arrived damaged. Multiple attempts to reach the company and then they said they would replace the masks after I sent pictures of the damage. No reply after that was done after again reaching out multiple times. Read the return policy! Had I read that I would have known better than to order anything from them.

Horrible customer service. The masks that I ordered, which were $60 when you add in tax and shipping, came ruined. They broke in the box and soaked through the cardboard. I have emailed several times with no response, not even an autoreply. Feels like I'm sending it out into the ether and they can just ignore it. Absolutely unacceptable! I did not ask for a refund, I simply wanted them to replace the box that ruptured. There is no other way to contact them other than a generic email address that they clearly do not monitor. I hate leaving bad reviews but it seems it's the only way to get a company's attention these days when you are being ignored.

Turning 45 hit different until I found these masks! That translucent transformation is lowkey addictive to watch, and my skin feels amazing. My Botox appointments are now way further apart.

Attempted to try the collagen mask and the beef tallow. Products never arrived. I tried twice to reach out to the company and never recieved a response. I did however get a notification that a refund was issued.

Don’t give them any money!! Cheap Chinese crap advertised and sold as legitimate items.
Tried to contact them twice regarding the face wand which is faulty, doesn’t charge and had a loose part and have had no response.
Disgusting how people are so evil.

This product does not do anything It says it does. It does not absorb into the skin. It does not turn clear. The mask does not even stay on. It has provided no benefit to my skin- it has dried it out. I have contacted the company several times and they do not respond. They say they have a 14 day free return policy. But they do not respond

Highly disappointed with this company! I placed an order on January 28 and still have not received my order. The company will not respond to any of my emails! When I follow the order and tracking, it shows the last tracking information in customs on February 17 I have been emailing the company for over a week and have not received a response!

This is plain and simple a SCAM. I ordered the 4 masks in one package deal on 4th February. Was not able to use the tracking they sent as it hardly ever worked. Sent emails to get assistance, no response. Finally after 16 days the package arrived in my mailbox, EMPTY. The PO stamped the package empty upon arrival and contents stolen on 20 February. 4 different stamps so I think the contents were stolen early on in the route from China. Sent several emails to their CS, with no response.
No more purchases for me on SM. Don’t waste your money on this scamming company.

I ordered face masks from Wellnature and they were returned to the sender. I contacted customer service and they said they would provide a full refund. I said that sounded good. They messaged me later to say they would only process a $20 refund, or that they could send the masks to my address again. I said they could send the masks since they were rescinding their original refund offer. They did not respond. I asked them when I could expect to receive the masks and they said they would be in touch soon. I sent three more emails and have not heard from them since. This was a good lesson in not buying things from Instagram ads.

This company is 100% a scam!!! I’ve paid for products ordered over a month ago which I never received. Multiple mails later they still haven’t responded?!?!

Please save your money and time by NOT ordering from this unserious company!!!

This place is a SCAM! The product you receive is NOT as advertised!!! I purchased an Age-R booster Pro…and I did not get one! Some knock off brand is what I got. The products come from China. I even asked them if I was getting a real age-r booster pro, and not an aftermarket brand. And they assured me I was getting the real thing! I did not get my four free masks either! AND it does NOT come in 6-8 business days. It came in 3 weeks! BEWARE!

I knew I was taking a chance buying into a social media trend, however this product was lack luster at best. First, they did not send the 4 free masks that were included in my purchases. After sending multiple emails they never responded. The masks came out with holes and looking damaged. Over all the mask is good but it doesn’t work any better than any other over night mask I’ve used.
