Superb, well stocked electrical store with delightful attentive staff.
We can not praise Wellingtons (Erith) enough for the wonderful service we received. My wife and I walked in to the shop 15 minutes before closing but spent 45 minutes. Chris showed us the appliances we required, explained, demonstrated and advised with no pressure to buy or to rush as it was past closing time. He printed out information sheets of the appliances for us to read and answered all our queries.
We returned the following week and was served by Andrew who was equally helpful . We bought our Fridge freezer, washing machine and the dishwasher all were price matched and discounted.
Having arranged the delivery of the above, we had to alter the dates on two occasions but each staff member we spoke to was extremely understanding and re arranged each time.
Unlike in many large stores, staff were always available to help. They were all very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
Deliveries were quick and no extra charges were made for delivering or taking old appliances away and the delivery staff were very pleasant and friendly.
We have already recommended Wellingtons to neighbours and friends as they deserve to do well.
Thank you all the staff at Wellingtons for your great customer service.
