Love going to class at weight watchers keep me focused

It has helped me to keep me in check on my weight loss journey. Very well worth the £14 a month i pay as a Core+ plan member

I receive a great amount of support and inspiration from the WW coaches and other members.
I love all the features on the app, it's like my bible.

I love the app, and the workshops, especially the mindfulness ones.

Can only contact customer services by phone

Since the virtuals have changed 3 of the coaches I attended meetings of are now no longer there. I have attended others but left after 15 mins because I didn't like them. There are over 100 members attending some of these meetings. If anyone needs help they will never get a chance to ask a question. That leaves me only 1 that is to my liking. I think you will be losing members if that is the way forward.

"I was over the moon to hit my goal weight last year, but lately, the experience has left a bit of a bitter taste. Since March, Weight Watchers has been charging me £26.95 a month again.

When I reached out, I was told the charges resumed because of an admin error made by my coach. It’s a bit disappointing to be told I have to pay for a mistake made by their own team—especially when I only used the service for weigh-ins. I’ve always tried to be a loyal member, but refusing a refund over an internal slip-up just doesn't feel right. It’s a shame to end on this note, but I won’t be staying a member any longer."

Following the plan is easy and there is so much more available than just in person classes when using the app. I find going to class every week helps me more than app only and I have a great leader, Kate G. Support from members is also amazing.

Weightwatchers focuses on the whole person, with a wide variety of support functions. Examples include virtual workshops run by a number of coaches with different experiences and interests. There are also virtual workshops for different forms of movement, from yoga to zumba, as well as those which help to improve mindset. My only complaint is that the WW app is only accessible via a mobile device rather that via their website.

I am so disappointed in Weight Watchers that when I sign up for their program that I CANNOT CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION !!!! THIS IS STEALING FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! I DONT CARE THAT I WOULDNT GET A REFUND BUT TO STILL TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH FOR A YEAR IS OUTRAGIOUSLY DESEPRATELY GREEDY OF THIS COMPANY TO FORCE CUSTOMERS TO CONTINUE TO PAY!!! I HAVE NOT EVEN FILLED OUT THE REST OF MY PAPERWORK IN ORDER TO RECEIVE MY PRESCRIPTION OR PLAN FOR THE MONEY THAT THEY ARE TAKING AND I WILL NOT BE DOING SO!!! I TRULY HOPE THAT MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED NEXT YEAR ON 2//2027 … I ENCOURAGE ANYONE WHO WANTS TO JOIN WEIGHTWATCHERS BEST THINK TWICE ABOUT YOUR DECISION BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR 12 MONTHS !!!!! SO VERY STRAPPED FOR MONEY NOW !!!!!! 😡

Fantastic support

Was feeling a bit low before I joined Claire Anderson's virtual meeting on.7/5/26 and from the first interaction I was made to feel incredibly welcome and the topic was so appropriate to my mood. Claire, is an amazing coach but so are the others who handle the checkins Dawn, Rhian, Pi, Paul.

I weight in weekly at a physical class. I find the support and friendships at the meeting very rewarding. I also use the WW app daily. I embrace the zoom meetings and join the virtual meetings on regular basis too. The healthy eating plan is flexible.

Great holistic programme. Knowledgeable coaches and amazing value.

Awesome virtual sessions, WW have really upped their game, its like a gym membership, meditation section, tons of coahces to choose from on loads of intersting topics that are helpful snippets to motivate me in losing weight!
The food tracker (where I can literally just take a photo and it analyses and tracks it for me) and macros tracking is also superb

weight watchers is amazing. It covers all areas including the mind, body and soul. I joined at an amazing price too that is accessible to all. Weight watchers is outstanding
