It was a pleasant experience working with the Chen group. My I-140 (non-STEM field) just got approved a week ago that was prepared by the Chen group. Their background work preparing my petition was outstanding, highly professional. Their responses to my queries were on time and very informative. I recommend the potential petitioners regardless of STEM or non-STEM field to not hesitate to work with them. I wish the Chen immigration and the future applicants all the best :)

Trust Chen attorney for the Employment based petitions
Chen's attorney team was very helpful in accumulating the documents related to my I-140 (Under EB1a) petition. They also reviewed my petition letter several times with patience, which is lacking in other Attorney groups. Firm that doesn’t even reply to emails
It was mid November when I first wrote to the firm for an evaluation. After a follow up, they wrote back in the end of November asking for more details, I provided that information right away, followed up twice, and four weeks later haven’t even heard back from them. At least they should reply saying they are too busy to take up my case. But keeping me hanging for 7 weeks is simply unprofessional.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with Chen Immigration Team: always on time, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Just got my I-140 NIW petition approved with no RFE in 8 months. They also offer a complimentary I-485 DIY package,which is a nice deal. I am very grateful to them and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

NIW got approved, Pharmaceutical Science
I signed contract on EB2-NIW with Attorney Chen's group in June, 2019. The contract does not guarantee petition approval. By that time, I only have 4 publications and 12 citations. With Attorney Chen's team effort, I filed in Feburary 2020 and got approved by the end of September in 2020. When I filed, I have 6 publications and 14 citations. When I got approved, I have 12 publications and 50 citations. I just want to share my data so you can better evaluate your case. Remember, Attorney Chen's team got me approved with a contract that does not guarantee approval, which is highlight of their capabilities. BEST LUCK FOR ALL YOUR IMMIGRATION PETITION!!!!!!

EXCELLENT
I cannot recommend highly enough Chen Immigration team. My NIW petition was approved without RFE in about 9 months, midst the COVID crisis. Their work was excellent! They were always there to answer all of my questions, timely, thoroughly and authoritatively. True professionals!
