So good, I have used them again!
I dealt with Jenny throughout the process, who was a real joy to work with. She made everything easy, and nothing was too much trouble for her. She also has a great sense of humour. WFAV gave me the best deal and least hassle from all of the brokers I tried, and they are so good, I am also in the process of securing my second van from them.

New van sorted in less than a day
A chap called Curtis dealt with me. He was extremely professional and very good at running through the whole process. I'm less than 24 hours of our first conversation, I had a van being prepared for collection. My existing van had run out of life on me just the day before

On hold multiple times then hang up on me.
To start with the positive, Jack, the representative who sold me the vehicle, provided impeccable service. He did absolutely everything he could to help me, and I cannot fault his professionalism.
Unfortunately, my experience has been completely ruined by the complaints department. After experiencing issues with my vehicle, I was put in touch with a representative there who assured me they would personally handle everything. Since that conversation, I have been unable to reach them and have now been trying to get hold of the department for over a month.
Every time I call, I am told I cannot be transferred to complaints and that I will receive a call back—which never happens. Just tonight, I called three times, only to be put on hold until the line disconnected. On one of these attempts, I was left on hold for over 40 minutes before being cut off.
While the initial buying process was great, the lack of aftercare is unacceptable. If you have an issue with your vehicle, you are entirely on your own. Because of this, I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
If I could just only get a call back from the complaints department just so I know where I stand.

Disappointed
All started well, but as soon as the deal was agreed the guy I was dealing with, Dan I think it was, started ignoring me when I needed help the most, not only that, I was told I can transfer my finance into my business at any point but have since been told that I cannot, this is going to cost me lots of money and yet again I am being ignored!
