Had months of connectivity problems, turns out the modem was knackered. They send a new one next day and it worked straight out of the box! Lost one point for no out of hours customer service.

Wefibre, FANTASTIC.

I cannot believe how good my internet is now, especially where I live which is in the middle of nowhere, it's like a miracle.
I found the on site staff informative and very polite and efficient, the behind the scenes staff, Emma, polite and very helpful.
I wish this budding company all the best for the future. I have read past reviews about people not understanding the contract but I do and they are still the best and cheapest in the UK as far as I can see.

insallation went smoothly

insallation went smoothly , but I am not sure about it yet as it isnt that good in the other end of my bungalow

Don't trust WeFibre

I was promised £20 per month for life to sign-up as an early bird and I've now been told my price is increasing by a whopping 25% after only a year.

I contacted them about this price rise and their broken promise while I was still in contract and they refused to extend at the price I agreed to when I signed up.

Customer service is non-existent. All you'll get is a mealy-mouthed apology if you are mistreated, with no recompense.

Don't trust anything they say. Just look at their response. They're boasting about having not increased their prices for years while in the same breath claiming that their low price was only guaranteed for a year. They're liars. Go elsewhere if you can.

Hello Holly, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the recent price increase of your service. I apologise that you felt the Early Bird 12 month contract was a fixed price 'for life', and appreciate that you are disappointed with us. Since we welcomed our first customers in 2022, we have not increased our prices in the same way other providers do each Spring. But after 3 years of no increase, and our costs still rising year on year, we have had no choice but to increase the price for all current customers who are out of contract and on a rolling term. We still feel as though £25 on a rolling non-committed term for a 1Gbps full fibre connection is one of the cheapest, if not the cheapest in the UK and hope you are still making savings against other providers. Underground cables and connunication.

The cabling and installation was very complex and the WeFibre engineers were always pleasant and efficient. While it took four or five separate visits and a complete re-cabling, your staff went above and beyond.
Communication with the customer could have been improved, eg advising me of what the team were planning to do on each visit so that I could arrange to be on site for them. Also, having internal and external work carried out by different teams on different days meant that when the connected did not work, the problem and solution could not be easily diagnosed or remedied. However, the “Civils” went the extra mile by renewing the internal connections and when this did not fix things, they recabled many meters of fibre through the underground trunking and this resolved the problems.
The team on the help desk were always extremely helpful and very friendly, giving me great confidence in them.
The new WiFi and internet services have worked very well.

Wefibre promised a £20 a month forever…

Wefibre promised a £20 a month 'forever' contract. However we were informed that it's now £25 a month. We provided evidence, however they simply said that we shouldn't have been offered the deal in the first place. So they characterised this by saying they felt sorry for us for feeling that we we're mis-sold on the deal. Absurd really.

Whilst we have held off as long as possible, without increasing our prices for those out of contract, it was unfortunately necessary to allow us to continue offering the level of service you expect. Great Service at a good price

I am an existing customer but moved house where full fibre wasn’t installed. WeFibre dealt with the installation brilliantly. The engineer turned up on time and it is a really neat installation. The kit is very different from the previous installation and very inobtrusive. The router also seems better. As expected the hard wired connection is 942Mbps and I have been surprised at how fast the WiFi speed is as well. We get between 785Mbps and 350Mbps, depending on the distance from the router. Once I get round to re-installing the mesh, this will only improve. Excellent service at a very reasonable cost.

obstacles overcome and connected. Well done!!

Quite a lot of obstacles but they persisted and we are now connected and very pleased.
The civil crew and installer were great and went out of the way to overcome obstacles and get us connected. The office crew were always on hand to help. We are only a very small hamlet and now it is marvellous to have fibre internet!

Brilliant company

Was a little wait to get installed but we'll worth it excellent service helped me get a rebate to cover the installation costs and engineer JJ did brilliant job getting it all installed with zero mess

Poor service/slow speeds

Unfortunately I have had nothing but issues with this supplier with constant slow speeds even after 2 engineer visits. Also be aware that you are not able to use your sky tv services with We fibre as they do not provide a static IP address without paying extra. As I am in contract I ordered this and was told it would take 24 hours to activate. Over a week later I am still chasing the order and receiving excuses. Safe to say I will be switching back to BT as soon as my contract is up. I had a conversation with an open reach engineer in my village who had said they are constantly rectifying issues at the exchange due to the poor setup of this new service. Also same problems with the majority of my neighbours.
