Put my email in to sign up to receive 15% discount. Never received an email, and straight away had someone trying to get into my email account. Do not provide any details!

Don’t waste your money gazebo cheaply made come apart. Customer service what a joke stay clear from them.

Purchasing and shipping was promt and easy but products werent quite what i needed and i have attempted to start a return/refund process. After multiple emails and attempted calls over a few weeks i have still had no correspondence from the company, messages have been “read” but still nothing back.
A dissapointing outcome after reading some other average reviews of this company but giving them the benifit of doubt.

I made a purchase on Tuesday and I received a confirmation email of my order that same day. By Thursday, my order had not progressed so I emailed the ‘company’ following up I have not received a response to my email.l to date. On Friday I tried to call the number on their website which was oddly a mobile number. When I called I received a text saying can’t talk please message. So I messaged about my order trying to follow up. They replied to say they are out of town and will get back to me on Monday. This seemed very unprofessional and odd for a business. On Saturday I could not shake the feeling that I had been scammed so I tried to find their abn on their website and on abn lookup but was not able to. When further exploring their website I found many errors, so I messaged the mobile number again asking for their abn and raising my concerns I think I had been scammed. They replied they would get back to me Monday. I replied questioning that they do not know their own abn and informed them I was going to report fraud. They replied asking what item I had ordered and that they needed to ask their boss for the abn. I stopped replying at this point as I believe I have been scammed.

Product arrived. Remote for candles doesn’t work. Products are cheap and nasty for the price paid. Contacted company via mobile (no response, no voicemail, seems it doesn’t exist) and then received a message saying they can’t talk and to leave a message which I did inc invoice number and issue. No response. I contacted the company to request a replacement via email numerous times through their website form. Nothing. Website states clearly that items can be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days. The website is I believe a scam. There’s no follow up, the mobile says it’s been disconnected and no one is getting back to me.
