My bridal party and I arrived for opening at 9am where we were warmly welcomed by staff who talked us through how the appointment would go and talked us through designers. When staff were setting up the changing room we had an opportunity to walk around the store and choose some dresses to try on. Once everything was set in the fitting room we were again welcomed by another amazing member of staff who talked us through the process of trying on dresses and the system they used to find the perfect one. Once trying on dresses I was made to feel very comfortable about getting changed and being helped into and out of dresses. Nothing was too much to ask when I wanted to change/try different dresses, belts or veils. Once I found ‘the one’ all the staff in the store had nothing but kind/ complimentary words to say and staff even got my colour scheme bridesmaids dress so I could see how much dress would look with my colour scheme. Payment was also made super easy as was being paid by father who was out of town and was able to take my beautiful gown home the same day! Not to mention we were the only bridal party in store the whole time!

In short I have nothing but positive words to say about the store, dresses and especially the staff! I would 1000% recommend to anyone who is looking for the perfect dress with even better staff and customer service!

When arriving we was greeted by Lauryn at the Newquay store, she immediately made me feel at ease.
She picked out dresses I ask to try and also some of her own options, the whole experience was incredible and she is amazing to have with you while picking out your dream dress.

Lauryn was wonderful and made the experience special, she made me and my group really comfortable and helped me find my dream dress incredibly quickly without being rushed. Super grateful! Thank you x

I was very lucky to have Marnie work with me and boy did she work her magic what an absolute blessing Marnie is . She makes you look and feel million pounds puts your mind at ease.

Absolutely beautiful store, this was my first dress try on experience and Lauren made it so magical and helped me find my dream dress. I couldn’t fault a single thing about them. Highly recommend.
