We chose Graham and the team at We Can Creative to work with us and our franchisees to refresh one of our main brands a few years ago. We loved their work so much that we used them for all subsequent campaigns for that brand for the following five years. The team are always passionate and go further then many other creative agencies I've worked with before when it comes to getting under the skin of a brand and really understanding what we are trying to achieve. We Can have been and remain fantastic partners of ours. They initially created a premium tier frozen food retail brand for us and managed the entire process for us perfectly. We initially tasked We Can Creative to re-brand our boutique events and catering business. They were one of three creative companies we approached to pitch for the project and from the beginning the team's attentiveness, quick response and clear understanding of the brief, gave us no doubt that they were the company we should proceed with. A company re-brand is a significant undertaking, creatively, emotionally and financially and Graham guided and supported us through the process at every stage. The creative team very quickly submitted a series of potential design treatments for us to consider and approve and then fully fleshed out and explored the scope of the shortlisted design. The impactful final design was cohesively followed through all of our physical and digital branding including the design and build of a new interactive website. The entire project was painless, enjoyable and surprisingly short. Since this project WCC have continued to maintain and update our digital presence as well as regularly answering ad-hoc design briefs - eg adaptions of our logo for specific projects and designing print advertisements. Their friendly, "can-do" enthusiastic approach really complements our own company synergy and we love working with Graham and the team. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Brought our Culture to Life
WeCan partnered with our team at Buzz Bingo at a time when we were going through big change: New company brand; re-invigoration of the estate; new culture and ways of working; and a strong desire to 'get the mojo back' in the organisation.
The team at WeCan went above and beyond in helping us create our Organisational values, working as a true partner to us, reflecting what was great and what was not so great, and engaging our colleagues along the journey, so that the final output was entirely our colleagues' 'voice in the room'. This meant that when we came to engage the business with the new Values and Behaviours, our colleagues recognised the words, and felt an emotional connection with what they meant for them, so 'got them' immediately.
It was a great piece of work that all involved should be very proud of.
