Staff were extremely efficient, stairlift was taken on date booked.

Bradon turned up on time, smiley, friendly and removed the stairlift really quickly. Cash in an envelope counted out and job done. Great service, great chap. E- mailing photos and interaction/ emails with the company to make the booking and helpful info such as where to look for the serial number of the stairlift was also great. Would highly recommend. Very poor offer, only £100 for a stairlift that probably cost in the region of £5,000 new. Fortunately there are others out there that will pay much more, and in my experience give a very good service.

The staff member who came to dismantle the stairlift was at the house early but was happy to wait if we had required him to. He was very polite, efficient and careful. The staff on the phone we also very polite and sorted a date out nice and quickly. Very pleased with the service.

Sent in picture of my stairlift, plus rail and gave information on model and age. A date and time was very easily arranged. On the day Matt, the engineer, texted to let me know his approximate arrival time and arrived promptly.
He was very pleasant, efficient and did the removal very quickly leaving behind no mess. He was also kind enough to carry my vacuum cleaner upstairs for me.

What a service!! Braden was a lovely lad and messaged an hour before to let me know what time he would arrive. He was on time and it didn't take him long to remove stairlift. From start to finish I can't fault this company, so happy I found them and highly recommend
