Tyrell, manager is perfect. The website tells you what documents to bring and how process works. He inspects the whole car and he tells you a price based on your car’s issues and if you agree , you walk out within 1/2 hour with a check

Great experience with Tyrell. He was very professional and you could see that he wanted you to be relaxed,which I was by that time. He walked me through the process and walked me through the inspection. By the time he was through I sold him the car for a price, I was happy with. He is a great person for your company.

Both Roderick and Tyrell were very professional, informative & made the whole process go smoothly. Only minor thing that didn't quite understand was when we submitted car for valuation prior to first appointment the valuation price went up $100 from previous valuation. However the valuation/offer we received during the appointment went down $100 from the original offer that was made on the car 2 weeks prior during our first appointment.
