Most people are quick to complain and very few to compliment. In an environment of entitlement and being paid to ignore your customers/clients be consumed with your phone and project a don't bother me attitude. To have an exemplary person in Alicia Gonzalez transact our sale was a pleasure. My credentials are extensive from being President of my own corporation, Multi unit supervisor and so on I would pray for an individual like Alicia to be part of my staff.
