The representative we worked with was really good. Very personable and helpful. If this review was specifically for him, it would be five stars. However, the issue I had was just how much they lowballed in terms of price for our car. The rep complimented how well the car performed on the test drive in spite of the mechanical issues it has. It has good parts, and is gonna make them a good chunk of cash by using those. Not even offering $150 is almost insulting, regardless of the condition of the vehicle. The reason we sold is because we just needed to get rid of the car, as we'd been continuing to make insurance payments for it. If not for that time pressure, I would absolutely have gone elsewhere.

EDIT 1/21/23: I was contacted by WBAC who asked what would help make this a 5 star experience, and I said them giving me $60 to match the $200 I'd had in mind to get for the car. I said it as a joke, but they actually took me up on it, just got the check in the mail today. I still don't really recommend this place unless you just need to get rid of a car, since it took a bad review for them to actually take me seriously.
