Mylann who works at the Elyria office is the person that made this experience. Really nice person, total professional and did a heck of an inspection. I like the fact that we met in person and the deal was done in just over an hour. First off never sell or trade in your car or truck to a dealer, you'll never get anything close to market value. They said it would take an hour and it did. The agent was GREAT. While he inspected my car he showed me a few tricks to look out for if I was to buy another used car.
One thing that threw me as I was signing the paperwork was the $300 fee for them to take the car. Wasn't disclosed anywhere and was never mentioned when I first arrived. Almost canceled the whole deal--that's the reason for 4 stars.
